The Wolas Villas & Spa

It is regrettable that I could not experience the many wonderful things about this property similar to what the other distinguished guests had shared here before. Pros: The pool, we really enjoyed a private pool to our own. The staff are very courteous, especially Agus and Sam. The breakfasts are quite good. Cons: there is no handheld shower, which led to inconvenience. The biggest issue above ALL is that the villa is infested with BED BUGS. I thought the stings were from mosquitoes because they told us there be would many. However, we found there are BED BUGS, and the staff confirmed it, and somehow still failed to sterilise the villa with high temperature steam. The problem persisted even when they offered to relocate us to another villa. I thought the General Manager could at least have communicated personally with us about this, but he did not. On the second to the last day of our stay the housekeeping team didn’t even bother to come, which was appalling to me. This property has lost its function as an accommodation to me, as I failed to even sleep at night. I should have just left earlier and look for some more reliable hotels instead. Even now when I am writing this, I’m still under medical treatment on the ongoing effects of the BUGS. Once again, the staff themselves are wonderful, and I have to thank Mr. Anom for the lift to the airport. The problem lies with the management, as a result, I could not recommend this property.

A very high value hotel at very reasonable price. The villa with the pool is excellent. The spa massage is also very nice with very cheap price. The hotel location is ok given that we take Grab anyways.

房間大，舒適，清潔，燈光偏暗。 泳池清潔，池旁種有雞旦花，花落在池中，很美。 有戶外冲身地方，直接連接洗手間及廁所，超方便。 食物不錯。 可足下出戶，留在房休息。 員工有禮細心，笑容親切，尤其ANOM，我們落車，他即上前接我們，及檢查我們有否遺下物品於車廂內，正因為他細心，幫我檢回太陽眼鏡，感謝他。各員工的表現，令旅程更舒服。

Staff were so helpful and have a good smile. what’s a nice stay with family. Relax.

Staff was friendly although I was asked to present the booking confirmation letter after they recognize my ID. The facility was maintained ok but the towels are not cleaned... light in the room could be brighter at night. Make sure you reserve the floating breakfast from room service. Had two nights with the Wolas and no time to get spa before check-out. Will definitely visit for spa in my next trip to Bali as they have been recommended for a while. I would say the Wolas would be worthy to stay out of such competitive area in Seminyak if the cleanliness and facility maintenance get more enhanced. Overall, the quality of service was great and the kids enjoyed a lot.

The water in the pool and outflow from bathtub is not clean. (yellow color) Also the water in the pool is still, there is not inflow and outflow during our stay. I think that would be the reason why it looks dirty. The price of the room is not cheap while the pool is not qualified. Really disappointed.

飯店服務很好，人員親切體貼，附近雖不是最熱鬧區域但也有街頭攤販跟便利商店，一切都相當舒適。空間寬敞、房間乾淨，設備優良。

自己獨棟的villa享受 飯店服務人員親切熱心 房間整潔乾淨 除了蚊子有點多外 沒有什麼明顯缺點 非常推薦

Overall is a good villa, service is good, but the facility a little bit old, spa is good!

WIFI連不到.隱私很差,對面再蓋大樓,SPA雙腳被按的超痛,可體會一次,價錢CP值高!

實際入住此Villa後，覺得所有設備普通，門口大廳小，也許是villa規模小的關係，門口警衛一名，晚上睡覺時有點不安心，深怕會有宵小，原因來自於員工都比較散漫，我們總共住三晚，我在第二天走出門外出用餐，走在外面的街道被搶手機，如果有要住這一區的旅客也要隨身注意自己的貴重物品，後來飯店經理陪同我們到當地警局報案(這一點還蠻感動的)，餐點不好吃也是一項缺點。

飯店人員很友善、服務好，不過如果房間有蚊帳更好。

各方面(包括職員,SPA,保安,餐廳,房間清潔也達十分滿意水平, 但需注意蚊子真是很多,不過仍是一間好值得推薦的VILLA

It has very private and comfortable. Love the pool and spa there. The staffs there provide quick response to our demand and questions. They also give us many suggestions on traveling.

房間、泳池、客廳就像照片中的一模一樣~~我們是二大二小，有加一張床(含早餐)，另一個小朋友又加了一份早餐(其實可以不用加，因為早餐份量很多)~早餐是點餐式的，有三種餐，住了二天都點過，很豐富、很好吃!!!離水明漾的市區多走過一條馬路~房間很乾淨，房間附的防蚊乳液可以免費使用!一定要用，因為開門時，蚊子都會很厲害的飛進來~泳池有點深，幸好小朋友有泳圈~Check Out的時候，我東西遺留在房間，他們也很快的發現送出來給我，太感激了!
