Kolam renang kurang bersih, shower air kecil. tidak disediakan peralatan mandi, sabun, shampoo (standard dasar). servis kurang memuaskan.

Place is perfect for big family. However it is by the street, so it can be noisy at night with vehicles passing by and dogs barking at times. The hot water in one of the bathroom doesn’t work. They said the room is cleaned daily but not. Dodi is the only helpful person in the villa. Overall it is poor customer service.

the service was not satisfactory, there was a new washing soap for face that was lost placed in the bath room after asking for clean room, and I asked them, they just says don't know and don't do anything. the place is pretty good but unfortunately not treated properly.
