Umaya Ubud Villa

Very nice villa with two bedrooms in prime location next to Monkey Forest in Ubud. Extremely helpful staff, free afternoon tea and welcome foot massage, great breakfast, good beds and bathrooms. Only slight disappointment may be the busy scooter-highway next to breakfast restaurant, which may slightly annoy those seeking quiet in the morning. This villa was A+ and so romantic. Had 1 br villa with private pool and it was so tranquil. Staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. Highly recommended. If you're petrified of monkeys, don't take plastic bags or drink if you go walking and you will be fine. I'm terrified of them but the concierge advised me of what not to do and they didn't come near me. The villa is right beside monkey Forrest

Umaya location is a close walking distance to the main city area of Ubud however it is set in a tranquil position next to the Monkey Forest and escapes the city noise and bustle. The rooms at Umaya are beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The pool is refreshing, the food is phenomenal, and the service is without fault. Umaya staff put every effort into making our stay in Ubud memorable and we hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you Umaya.
