Need to walk 10 minutes from the main street. But it has a nice view over the rice farm. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They offer the transfer service from main street back to the hotel.

good location

I loved that the property was a little off the main road, tucked away at the back, very peaceful. Staff are amazing. I had arrived past midnight and the security guard helped with my check in, all staff are so polite and helpful. Food is amazing. Thankyou Artini I can’t wait to come back!

The staff at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay pleasant from a service perspective. The location is close to the main streets and Monkey Forest, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and there’s a fantastic moped hire option right across the road for exploring further. The pool area and cafe were nice, that said, the room itself whilst quite large felt fairly average, equipped with just a bathtub shower (mine wasn't very clean) with weak water pressure at time slow to warm. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus however it was annoyingly loud, and the fridge added to the noise, making it hard to fully relax and sleep at night unless I switch them off. Overall, not the worst place and averagely priced however would look elsewhere in future 3/5 stars.

This was a perfect stay for 3 nights. The reception staff name Deva was a superstar. He was helpful to guide me to all the local places and rhe best way to get there. The rooms were special and big. Very central. I would recommend and come again

Lovely setting. Nice pools. Noisy aircon.and shower wasnct spotless, but generally highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel with rooms overlooking rice fields and in easy walking distance to most of the sights and shops in Ubud.

This property was old and run down and did not have any towels for your face. They only had body towels.

Heel kleinschalig en in de omgeving heel druk verkeer, levensgevaarlijk om er te lopen. Blijf in de buurt van het hotel.

Great hotel, great location, boutique feel for a fair price.

Kamer was niet schoon, vooral de badkamer. Veel kalkaanslag, schimmel etc

Beautiful property with lovely friendly staff. The one thing that could be improved is that the aircon was a bit loud if you have it on during the night (this didn’t really affect us too much and this could have just been our room). Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again

Very close to shopping, dining and the monkey forest

We loved our stay here - it’s a simple hotel with everything you need. Loved the view of the rice paddies and the ducks.

Property around hotel is nice. Pool areas are beautiful. The hotel wasn’t able to accommodate our request for 2 twins on our first night which wasn’t fantastic. Then we moved rooms & our second room was not clean. Urine was on the floor around the toilet. Staff were good except one younger man. He told us we had free breakfast then said no we didn’t. When I needed medical care I asked him if a dr could be called to attend to me at the hotel, he said no an ambulance would have to be called. Which wasnt true as I was able to arrange my own house visit. The location is good walking distance to shops & sites.

階段しかなくて荷物運ぶのにスタッフの助けがいる。帰りは自分で運んだのできつかった。 朝食　景色　プール最高。街中から少し離れているので夜活動はしにくいかな。近くにマッサージあるから便利。

モンキーフォレストまで裏道を通って徒歩15分程度で行けます。日が暮れると独り歩きだと心細い道なので、早めの行動をオススメします。ウブド王宮や市場までは徒歩20分から30分で少し歩きます。施設は景色も良く明るく開放感のあるホテルです。シャワーが天井に設置されているタイプなので少し身体を洗うのに不便でした。お湯はちゃんと出るので湯船に浸かれば問題ないかな。温水器の音なのか、ガタガタガタとすごく音が夜中まで響いていました。それが気になる点です。朝食会場は少しだけ離れた場所にあり、とても素敵でした。食事も美味しかったです。スタッフがらとても親切です。また、泊まりたいと思います。
