Please inform us of your expected arrival time by the latest 1 day prior to your arrival date or you may directly inform our villa manager to the WhatsApp number we share one day before your arrival date (If we have access to contact you).
One of our villa team will standby according to your arrival time to provide the villa’s key and show you the villa around with all necessary explanations you may need.
Meet our villa manager or staff who stand by at the villa, please inform your reservation details such as the booker name, period of stay, show your passport or ID card to be scanned or take a photo by our team for record.
After all is done, our villa manager or team in charge will escort you to the villa or room that you booked.

The villa was amazing. The pool, kitchen and rooms are all clean. The staff who assist us when we arrive was very kind. I'll stay in this villa again when I visit Bali. Thank you!

Liburan yang sangat menyenangkan. Bersama keluarga sangat menikmati. Peralatan sudah tersedia semuanya. Lokasi yang tenang. Staff nya ramah. Sangat memuaskan!

Cuma sedikit kurang bersih dan rumput tidak terawat panjang-panjang jadi kurang bagus dilihat. Dan agak sedikit kurang bersih masalah pemandangan dan villa oke banget.
