乌布普里亚塔别墅

The staff are friendly however they didn't make all the things right. We stayed only one night with 3 rooms, and had our request when we checked in. We mentioned to have the breakfast to be on time at 7:00 a.m. in order to catch up the shuttle bus at 7:30 a.m.; but it turned out to be they forgot our breakfast totally, and delayed our schedule. The 2nd thing was that one of our room was quite disappointing. Around 11:00 p.m., the water start to leak from the wall, and we did inform the reception. But the guy can't fix this issue, and we got "flood" in the morning. Our room is all wet and slippery. Can't imagine if someone didn't notice the slippery floor and get injured.

Clean and i really loved the location and for a busy road, it was remarkably quiet

部屋はまあ普通。クローゼットはなぜかバスルームにあった。（湿気が気になる）水回りが古くて、シャワーヘッドとのつなぎ目が漏れてた。洗面も排水が悪くてすぐ水が溜まってしまった。 プールで泳ごうと思ったらプール周りの排水のところが詰まっているのか、排水の溝の水もプールに入ってた。（１日だけ） 2日目に部屋の掃除をお願いしてたのに鍵がなかったので掃除できなかったと言われた。１日目は預けなくてもちゃんと掃除してくれてたのに、鍵が一つしかないからと。それなら仕方ないと思ったけど、テラスで食べた朝食も片付けてくれてなかった。 4泊め夜中に電気が使えず。エアコンは切れて、WiFiも使えず、電灯も消えて真っ暗。電気使えないから水もくみ上げれないから、水も出ないし、トイレも使えない。停電かと思ったけど周りの電気はついてる。まあ仕方ないと思ってたら朝7時に復旧。翌晩も同じ。充電できてないから電源コードが壊れてるのかと思ってたけど。とにかく夜中に電気が使えない。 その翌晩は夜中の2時に少し暑くて目が覚めた。電気消えてる。なんとかもう一度寝ようとしたけど暑いし、腹も立ってきて眠れない。電気が来なかったら、冷蔵庫もただの箱。 ロビーに行ってスタッフを探して電気のことを言うと、ブレーカーをあげにいったが「壊れている。明日の朝6時に修理する。」と。こちらの電気は点いてるのになんで？と言っても壊れてると。昨日も一昨日も夜中は電気が来なくて朝7時になったら点いた。なんで？と。タイマーになってるみたいなこと言ってたけど。暑いよ。暑い。としつこく言ったけど明日の朝6時に修理すると。客が泊まってるのに電気切るなんて。（下の部屋は空室）バカにしているのか。 朝5時くらいに電気が復旧。ボスに電話してタイマー解除したのか？ バリ島には何十回と通っているがこういうことは初めて。 掃除の件も、電気の件も、スタッフは一度も謝らなかった。

Location was amazing- so close to everything in "center" Ubud. Rooms was comfortable, Staff was so nice, friendly and helpful.

a nice room in the heart of Ubud. The beds were ridiculously comfortable Great location close to some great veg and vegan friendly restaurants and about a 20 minute walk to the Ubud markets and 5 minute walk to the monkey forest. Super friendly staff and great value for money, would definitely stay again!

정말로 실망 스러웠습니다 발리 여행은 다시는 가지 말아야지 하는 생각 뿐이네요

À quelques minutes à pied de la Monkey Forest, à 20-25 min à pied du Ubud palace et market. À 5 min du Yoga Barn et de plusieurs excellents restos (dirigez-vous A gauche en sortant de l'hôtel)... Tacos, pizza, bistro, etc. Chambre et hotel propre. Belle piscine. Seul point... Je crois qu'il est un peu cher pour ce qu'il offre. Mais c'est vrai que c'est le meilleur emplacement.

小さなヴィラで、わたしたち以外には宿泊客は見えず、とても静かで落ち着いた環境でした。無難で安定感はありますが、華やかさや刺激は少ない感じ。スタッフは優しかったです。

I stayed 2 nights in here for pool view room, it is a villa and 2 floor. room is big enough for 2 ppl but not really clean. staff is nice and helpful. but the price for this kind of room is not really cheap, as the water of swimming is not clean and too small.

Travelling with 3 y old and a baby. Hotel was nice and pool area beautifull! We had family villa which was nice. The - things in this place was mosquitos, ants in the room! We stayed for 6 nights and they did not change the bedwear thoug I though it would have been needed. The towels were also not changed everyday and they only give us 2 though we were 4 persons! Small things like this could make the place much more comfortable and increase the star level! Nice and tidy but could easily be more! Staff English not so good or them they were just shy and quiet people! Yogabarn is just few hundred meters away and this an Exellent place for todella Who do yoga!

ホテルの部屋も綺麗。ホテル周辺には、スーパーマーケット、カキアンベーカリー、スパなどがあり便利でした。モンキーフォレストパークまで徒歩５分くらい。ウブドマーケットまで20分くらい。散歩に　ちょうどよい距離でした。

Very nice family run place with idyllic pool and surrounds out back - oasis from hectic pace and traffic out front. Breakfast a little basic but OK

Point de départ pour les différentes excursions ! Petit jardin très agréable avec piscine que nous avons aprécié autant pour le petit déjeûner que pour le soir au retour de visite. Situé au centre de restaurants et de boutiques donc très animé ! D'où son petit côté bruyant .

A clean, modern and well maintained small hotel. A little bit noisey both from the road and adjacent room's. Very nice but there are better value around.

It's a good hotel for its strategic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If ya want a good and clean place you will not be disappointed.

Fint lille hotel med god morgenmad og venligt personale som dog ikke alle er lige gode til at kommunikere på engelsk. God beliggenhed, men vi rykkede ind til naboen Tunjung Mas efter to nætter. Det lå mere tilbagetrukket fra den støjende vej og kostede mindre da vi gik ind fra vejen og spurgte på et værelse.
