It was a wonderful stay! Great personable hosts, helpful and a wonderful couple ! They had an extra room that we were able to rent and spread out. Their staff was very friendly, and helpful with our suitcases as there is no elevator. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. If there was any negative it would be to have ceiling fans in these upstairs rooms for circulation, but NOT a complaint or a suggestion.

This place is as advertised. We had a great time, wonderful breakfasts, lovely neighborhood, good restaurants nearby, the beautiful Dublin coast in both directions. Tough to beat.

Very nice welcome. Just what I needed when I was visiting Dublin for a family reunion.

We loved everything about Aberdeen Lodge. The hosts are amazing, place is beautiful and the location was very convenient to us. We needed to be close to UCD and wanted to stay not too far from the city center. Aberdeen Lodge was a perfect choice. Highly recommending to anyone wanting to stay in the peaceful location and close enough to Dublin's attractions.

Wonderful place!!! Would highly recommend. The owner greeted us personally, helped upgrade our room and booked reservations for dinner for us nearby. Lovely place and people.

The Aberdeen Lodge is a cozy and friendly place to stay in Dublin. The staff and service were excellent. My fiancé and I enjoyed the added breakfast, for which there were vegetarian options, and we used the readily available public transportation nearby. A bus stop was within a 2–3 minute walk, and the DART station was less than 10 minutes away by walking. The DART station was a great option for seeing the coast, while the bus stop gets you easily to the city center. We also really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the lodge's neighborhood - it was a nice escape from the business of city center in the evenings.

Our stay at the Aberdeen Lodge was lovely. Pat was so accommodating and helpful! It was a safe and comfortable base for us to explore Ireland for the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a personal, individualized and comfortable experience.

A beautiful property, diligently maintained by the owners, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Breakfast was top notch, and eating out on the patio when the weather permits is highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

It’s worth being a little bit distant from Dublin for a good nights rest in an stress-free setting after a long day of sightseeing. This Hotel breathes the comforts of home. Everything was immaculate. A very relaxed/personable atmosphere in an absolutely beautiful hotel. The question you’re asking yourself is, “Is it worth it?” Answer = YES
