good location, only 10 min walk from St. Patrick Cathedral, Centz Store and SPAR supermarket nearby. Although the room is small, it is tidy and clean, everything is new, nicely furnished. There were self-laundry with €7 you can wash and dry your cloth. Gym room and pool provided. Common area room has kitchen, dinning area and balcony. Everything was good while I stayed there.

酒店位置： 地點雖然不是市中心地段，但是位處於景點聖三一學院、啤酒廠中間，步距約10-15分鐘；而沿途會經過教堂、公園、民居等等，感覺不錯。一個女生都不會覺得危險。附近約5分鐘路程有兩間便利店。 從機場搭巴士下車後約10分鐘路程，個人覺得可接受也方便。 服務質素： 酒店接待處的應該是大學生，所以不要奢望是大酒店接待的質素，但是態度友善耐心，另有很多資訊單張可以隨意看。 房間設施：房間乾淨，空間不錯，有不少櫃可以放置物品，但沒有風筒（可在接待處借）。廁所的洗手盤很細，洗面不太方便，但可接受。另要有心理準備毛巾要自備或在接待處租（3歐元），不過連廁紙都沒有就太過不方便......房間隔音尙可接受，外面有人經過會聽到談話聲。有common room，可以煮野食，微波爐、雪櫃，另有電視梳化。

Muy elegante pero precios muy altos.

Due to a popular weekend to stay in Dublin, I paid far too much to stay here. The room was very impractical with windows from the floor. If you wanted daylight, there was absolutely no privacy. Sounds from outside, like people dragging suitcases, was very loud. Also, the room was a bit worn down. Cleaning was okay, bathroom could have done with a deep clean. On the plus side, contrary to other reviews and the information they sent me before, they gave me two towels at check in. If you manage to get a room for the price of a nicer hostel, I'd say it’s worth the money (if you're not bothered by the daylight/lack of privacy thing), but if you're looking for a hotel and paying that kind of money, keep your expactations low.

Not to far away from the City Centre to go walking, the rooms where ok, and the price was reasonsble for Dublin and we had access to a kitchen and dining room.

Property clean. Was woken up at 7am by cleaners making loud noise.

Found this to be a great base for my short visit to Dublin. Was walkable distance to the main city area, and a clean welcoming space to return to. Would have benefited from having some more facilities, such as a trap to allow refilling a water bottle (the sink was to small). There was a facility in reception, but with the elevator out of order, that was some distance to go. Staff helpful, and would recommend as an alternative to 'rental properties' liable to cancel late on.

Les studios sont très agréables, bien agencés et calmes. La résidence est récente et assez bien située. Le personnel était sympathique et réactif. Un très bon plan pour quelques jours dans la capitale.

Great value and extremely comfortable

So, this is a dorm. Complete with dirty common areas, and noises enough for ear plugs at night. Definitely a cheap option, but I would have sooner paid 20 extra euro a night for my own fridge, TV, non-stink-common, and quiet.

All in all very good and very central if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk. Walls are pretty thin though and the beds are quite small but other than that very helpful staff and perfect for a weekend away :)

Way to expensive for the constant noise (music, screaming, constant gate slamming) the horrible matress and hair of previous guests in shower, matress and on the floor.

Couldn’t sleep for 2 days

Great place to call home base while doing things in the city. Friendly helpful staff.

L’emplacement et le logement était très bien. La réception est toujours disponible. Seul bémol : l’aspirateur n’avait sûrement pas été passé et le sol était très sale.

The room we went in was terrible dirty there was coffee spills there was dirt everywhere in the floor I mean dust and hair there was stains on the walls and windows it’s was abandoned room I couldn’t talk more like I went In, instead of resting I was cleaning that place up I’m OCD so I don’t advise anyone who is to reserved that place It’s not my first time there. I have been there many times but it’s your luck 🍀 cause sometimes you find the place really clean some where like it was abandoned room honestly your luck in the end of the day

Very simple but perfect for a nice safe stay

Loved the area it was in, studio itself was great. Had everything you needed just like at home. A Tesco Express just round the corner was handy, was also directly across the road from 2 distilleries.

Molto comoda a 7 minuti dalla fermata del Bus dall’aereoporto. La stanza al secondo piano era piccola ma confortevole e abbastanza pulita, purtroppo molto rumorosa perchè situata proprio sotto il cancello principale. Per il resto soddisfatta!

The rooms are quite ok, nice size. A bit thin walls - so you here other people opening/cloosing doors. Nice placement - 10 min walk from centrum.
