Lovely hotel, the staff were all friendly and courteous, beautiful room with river view, balcony and very comfy sitting area. Great breakfast, the food in dry dock bar was also lovely. The pool was great too.
A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy.

Well we were told on arrival that our room had been upgraded so obviously that would put anyone in a good mood. Room was absolutely beautiful with a decking area and table and chairs overlooking the water and playground. Hotel is easily accessible with plenty of parking and e charging points. Service was great and staff friendly and polite. We will be back!
