I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues

Une espèce de résidence pour étudiants. Très loin du centre ville et rien autour. Parking et extérieurs délabrés. L'appartement était ok et propre. Mais il ne faut recourir à cet établissement qu'en cas extrême.

Personne a notre arrivée, nous avons attendu pres due heure que quelqu'un arrive et avons recu les codes seulement a 17h
Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant le séjour. Nois avons demande le lendemain a une personne qui est venu voir mais nois a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire.
Pas de vaisselle dans la cuisine a part 3 fourchettes couteaux et trois tasses.

Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous!
The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint.
Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel
