I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).

Breakfast buffet is in order but only coffee and tea is free of charge. Hot chocolate for children are to be paid for. Unmotivated personal. Small family rooms, double bed is narrow also. Possibility to have own luggage stored on day of departure.

After check in we were directed to go back out of the reception building and move all our luggage to another building and walk out to the road side where our room is. Going inside the building is very stressful since we have to carry all our luggage through the stairs by ourselves. No help. Lift layout did not make sense. Bathroom exhaust did not work for the whole duration of our stay. Furnitures are outdated and tv channels always have no signal.

It was a really amazing stay.

Situated in a very busy, very well connected part of Dublin and yet there were 2 parks within a few minutes walk. Staff were excellent, and rooms were clean and comfortable. No AC, but luckily the night was not too warm.

The bedroom decor was fantastic. That was overshadowed by the oppressive heat that made sleep impossible. The AC was not functioning in the entire hotel. My sister felt nauseous due to the heat. The window could only be opened by six inches due to a safety tether. It could only be opened late because the back rooms look over a garden bar that is a promoted night scene feature. A morning shift desk staff had a poor grip of English. Stay somewhere else.

Clean, large room, comfy beds. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were able to leave our bags ahead of check in which was useful. Easy access to the city centre but not too loud at night which was great.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was kind and professional

Very nice hotel...during the week. Too much noise on the weekends with the bar nearby. Very clean. Great and comfy room.

It was nice and clean the only thing is that you could hear the people upstairs walking we understand it is an old building but when you are tired it matters other than that very clean, and the restaurant was great.

I stayed in a single room which was adequate - certainly dated but it had all I needed. The problem with my stay was noise. I was given a room overlooking the main street outside which had a nightclub and people queuing up and going in and out until the early hours. Then, building work accross the road started at 7am! I had speciically asked the hotel twice - in written form - in advance, for a quiet room and to tell me if they could not offer one. Despite my attention to the matter, I was still given a room right overlooking the loudest street activity possible. Breakfast was fine, the lay out is not ideal as everyone was bunched up at a toaster in the middle of the 'flow'. Breakfast is served in the hotel bar.

Lovely place!!! Does get loud at night with the bar but did not prevent me from sleeping
