Hotel was clean, rooms were well insulated from noise, and room was spacious. Required an accessible room and the bathroom was fully equipped to meet needs. We accidentally blew a fuse and management was responsive and understanding. Management went above and beyond to help problem solve an issue that arose.

Hotel was great. Certainly walkable but adjacent to the hotel was limited. 15 minute walk to plenty though.

It’s a great location if you’re staying in Dublin and want to walk to the “must see” spots. There are also a bunch of little cafes near you. The only bad part, at least in my room, a lot of bugs! A bunch of dead ones next to the window and the ones still alive are flying everywhere in the room. We stayed for 2 days and were barely in the room the reason we didn’t say anything.

We had the best time staying at Hyatt Centric. The only thing we would say is the pillows are a little too soft and we would suggest a sheet on top of the duvee comforter as it gets too hot and a sheet would be nice to have a sheet to cover up instead of the big comforter.

Really nice hotel within walking distance to main attractions in Dublin. I was upgraded on this trip which was really nice. Comfortable room and welcoming lobby. I highly recommend this hotel. The only improvement I would suggest is better service during breakfast. It took quite a long time for someone to even come over to our table and then we had to search for someone later to get the bill. I would absolutely stay here again!

Upscale hotel within a shortish walk of many of Dublin’s major attractions. Very nice for the price. Would happily return on future visits.

The hotel and staff were perfect! The restaurants and bar food was great! Beds and pillows perfect for great night sleep. Location centrally located so easy to walk to all city activities.

We greatly appreciated the staff as they were friendly and professional. the rooms and path to the elevator were tired and dated and the pillows were very firm/hard. We stayed at a different hotel at the end of our trip around Ireland and confirmed that there are just better options.

This is a solid hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Temple Bar district and all the nightlife of downtown Dublin. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bar was very chill and had good pours on the drinks. The restaurant had good food. The only downsides are that there's no swimming pool or hot tub on site, but then again, you almost never get those in most European hotels anyway. I'd definitely stay here again!

2 night stay with my husband for an event. Service across the hotel was impeccable, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. At dinner on the first night in the bar and had breakfast 1 morning. Food was delicious, good value and restaurant/bar lovely relaxed atmospehere. Would definitely stay again thankyou.

The staff was extremely helpful,10 plus for sure. Property was clean and food was great. Only wish Kitchen was open a little later.
