Comfortable and clean rooms, but dated. It's inconvenient getting from the reception area and restaurants to the hotel rooms. Very nice surroundings.

Parts of the property could have been cleaner (public bathrooms were disgusting in the morning). The bathroom (very large with two sinks) in our room had cracked tiles and common areashad broke windows. The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress very much needed to be replaced. We just expected more for the cost. The furniture is lovely, particularly in the main areas. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the Larkspur Lounge.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful property and grounds and gardens are perfect. Convenient to airport.

Nice hotel, big and comfy room. The reception staff nearly rude. One had "only" 15min left of his shift so didn't bother, the other one didn't even try to be helpful.

Lovely hotel just outside Naas which is a great town with lots of restaurants. Beautiful grounds and rooms. We ate dinner and breakfast here, all fabulous!

Lovely locale on the outskirts of Dublin. Easy drive to the park n ride for access to Dublin City centre by tram. Excellent breakfast with any hot food choices available. Excellent Spa

This is a nice enough hotel, but not sure we would rush back. I appreciate that it’s very much a family hotel (we were there with our 12 year old) and so things are going to get mucky and dirty quicker, but our room’s mirrors were covered in toddler height sticky fingerprints, there were stains in the bathroom and in the main rooms cream carpet and the room was generally a bit tired and in need of a spruce up. The room was absolutely boiling hot, even with the window open and a tiny fan had been placed on a table, which did nothing but circulate the warm air. The corridor outside stank of urine and general fustiness. The staff were generally friendly and attentive. The pool and spa area is open to the public and is actually quite a way from the main hotel. My husband used the gym area but we ended up not going to use the pool in the end as he said it was mega busy when he was there. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night was nice enough, but really very expensive and breakfast was ok, all a bit stale and luke warm. We brought pizza in from a little trailer in Naas the second night (Plur Pizza) All in all a pretty average stay, looking forward to a decent nights sleep in our own beds tonight!

you are in for the stay of your lifetime at thai hotel it sits on the most gorgeous property ever. very luxurious. Our personal bathroom felt a little run down and in need of a redo due to some mildew

Beautiful stunning buildings and gardens, very peaceful and calming. Staff very professional and excellent, food superb.

The grounds and immediate surroundings were beautiful! Loved the butterfly garden!! Only criticism was that the breakfast was a little cold and the restaurant food was good, but not spectacular!! My expectations were too high I suppose!!

The hotel has beautiful gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight and they arranged a continental breakfast for us at 5:00AM.

I went to stay with my young daughter. There was a wedding there and our room was just next to the wedding venue. Due to the hot weather, we had to have the window open. It was so loud, my daughter could not sleep till after the music stopped. It was a very long night. When booking I had selected a room for an adult & child. That should have been taken into consideration when placing into a room. We should have be placed into the far side of the hotel, well away from the wedding venue & noise.
