Breakfast very good

Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely polite and helpful

The rooms are old decor but ok for me clean and bed nice and conferable

Nice hotel. Clean but room we had was in need of updating the bathroom especially. Food was good. Carpark terrible too compact for bigger car and alloy wheels easily damaged

Very comfortable room and nice staff

Door into room difficult to open. Carpet restricting door opening. Room cold. No water in the bedroom. Breakfast only very basic. Very poor vegetarian option. Only beans and hash browns. No tomatoes or mushrooms. No brown bread. Only poor quality sliced pan for toast. We attended breakfast at 10am on Saturday morning. Last breakfast 10:30 but very little choice left. Had to get our own delph and cutlery. No one offered tea or coffee. Very poor service. Dinner in bar was very nice and good service.

We had the misfortune of staying in room 512. We arrived at around 8 pm. When we got to the room. There was an awful musty smell. There was a used milk carton on the dresser and a suspicious white stain on the navy blue bedsheet. The room was freezing after one hour. I asked at reception if there was a problem with heating the receptionist informed me that she would turn the heat on in the room?? A hassle I really didn’t need at that time of night after a long journey. Breakfast was okay. I did enjoy a cappuccino served by one of the hard-working breakfast stuff. But based on my stay and influenced by the room, I probably wouldn’t return or recommend.
