Beautiful room and outstanding service.

It was a great stay with a wonderful breakfast.

Best stay in Ireland so far. Very friendly staff and excellent service. The restaurant had a fabulous breakfast and we had one dinner there that was superb and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is super comfortable and quiet. Very affordable. Included breakfast is delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful, particularly Rachel at reception. Note that there's isn't much going on downtown Tralee on weekday evenings, and this includes very few dining options.

Comfortable beds & bedding. Renovated rooms and washrooms. Beautiful decor. A/C in room was nice compared to other Ireland hotels.

Part of a longer stay in Ireland and by far the nicest hotel of the five we booked. I recommend everything about it, the staff is exceptional as is the location the quality of the hotel itself. I highly recommend this!

We were upgrade to a Suite at no extra charge while on a 2-week vacation in Ireland. Good news: The rooms and the entire hotel was UPGRADED within the past few months, In addition, the staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful - especially Mave at the front desk. We highly recommend this hotel. Not sure why there's some older negative reviews/ratings but we believe they no longer apply to this hotel.

I loved this hotel. I’ll be back, for sure. Clean, elegant, quiet and great water pressure when showering.

Parking is the only difficult task to do here. Other than that, great experience!

The beds are so comfy

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The decor is so pleasing, fresh, and unique. It made us feel so comfortable and at home. The staff were all friendly and helpful any time of day. The breakfast was in their gorgeous event room that is eye candy with its rust, greens, and gold accents. But most importantly, their breakfast buffet is over the top! They have everything you could possibly want and it’s all good. We did have dinner in the restaurant one night and thought the food was just ok for the price. Parking is available on site. Tralee is a great starting point for the Dingle peninsula or the ring of Kerry. Highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel!

Very good hotel and breakfast is super good and we also enjoy a yummy dinner at hotel too, staff is friendly and everything good. Only No slippers but it ok
