We absolutely loved this hotel! Just a short one night stay before a flight. Lots of safe parking. Friendly reception. Went to the bar restaurant for lunch, dinner and dessert. It was excellent. Service exceptional. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms are a tight squeeze for two people but okay for a short stay. Left too early for breakfast so they made us a wonderful take away lunch which was very much appreciated. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us in the early morning hours. Highly recommend this hotel. Will return.

The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. Particularly when we got stuck for a bus or a taxi on the way back from a concert the receptions arranged a taxi to pick us from our location. I would stay here again for sure.

Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Eine kleine Herausforderung für mich war, da ich eine starke Gehbehinderung habe, das der Fußboden im Zimmer unter dem dicken Teppich uneben war. Da ich über Expedia gebucht und später eine Umbuchung vorgenommen habe war ich Irritiert das daß Hotel davon nichts wusste. Am Ende hat alles so geklappt wie ich das wollte.

It is a shame you're charged maximun for room even though there's 2 staying and not three. We had no choice for a double when booking, but paid more than our friends. Think this is unfair. Water not very hot in showers. Also the vegetarian cooked breakfast is just the normal one with the meat removed. No exccuse in this day and age not to provide a substitute product.
However, staff were really friendly and helpful and a very respectable check out time of 12 noon is much appreciated.

Ik ben mijn bril kwijtgeraakt in de kamer. Ze zijn speicaal gaan zoeken en hebben hem onder het bed gevonden en opgestuurd. Uitstekende service!
Ruim voldoende, gratis parkeergelegenheid.
Het ligt naast Phoenix park, waar je heel goed een flink stuk kan hardlopen.
