Very friendly staff. Nice included breakfast. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Most of the restaurants nearby were closed, unfortunately, so I had to go into a local tobacco shop to get dinner. The elevator is tiny. Really interesting James Bond and car memorabilia in the lowest level.

La stanza non era quella prenotata. Il gestore mi ha detto che ha rimediato con altra stanza perché voi avete forzato la prenotazione, nonostante l’hotel vi aveva informato che era al completo l’hotel.
Mi ha dato una stanza che nel bagno neanche riuscivo a sedermi sul wc perché da una parte avevo il muro dall’altra la doccia dall’altra il bidè, la stanza era vecchia e non rispecchiava quella nella foto da me prenotata. Quindi esperienza negativa.

The WORST hotel in Milan. The room was infested with mosquitoes, the furniture was old. The bed was like a cardboard. The hotel has a terrible location... the list goes on. You still use metal keys with massive room number logos. The elevators are small and feel like they will break down any minute. Parking is very sketchy and don't plan on it being available. They might have 3-4 spots max for the entire hotel.
Now to the most important part. The customer service. It does not exist. They have the absolute worst service of any hotel in Europe. This starts from the owner who casually walks around the lobby to the front desk staff. They are all extremely rude.
if you are coming from the USA or UK DO NOT STAY HERE. They will do everything they can to charge you more and if you don't pay, they will threaten to call the police and kick you out.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

Nel complesso tutto bene. Struttura un po' datata ma in ogni caso decorosa e ben tenuta. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia, ottima. Un po' caro in valore assoluto, ma meno costoso delle altre strutture della stessa zona (molte di qualità inferiore).

Its a lovely hotel, very nice service by the staf and the rooms had unique design. We stayed in 2 rooms connected , it was great, close to metro as well. We would recommend a stay here. Great breakfast, not so much fruit and vegetable but i guess thats the italian style?

When I’m in Milan for another conference, I’m only staying here. Only about 15 minutes from the Duomo and 7 min from Milan center. Near lots of food options too .WORTH IT

Have no clue how this is a 4* hotel. We were given a room uograde because the first one was flithy, just to find the upgrade just as dirty however more visually appealing than the last. They keep your car keys and your room keys when you leave which is a weird set up. The decor is juvenal and outdated, empty alcohol bottles as decor spread across the cabinets.

For the vintage enthusiast the property has a vintage theme. The proximity to amenities is absolutely amazing. The train and metro station is just 100m away and therefore ease of transportation. The City life Mall is just proximity and food courts and shopping are easy. My two nights was stay was awesome and connection to the bus terminal to Geneva was easy
