A experiência neste hotel foi positiva, mas deixo um alerta importante a todos os turistas que planeiam visitar a Sicília: há muitos grupos organizados italianos especializados em assaltar turistas, especialmente nesta zona. No segundo dia da nossa viagem, o nosso carro foi arrombado e todos os bens pessoais e documentos foram roubados e não tínhamos nada à mostra. Ao apresentar queixa na esquadra, encontrámos vários casais que tinham passado pelo mesmo. A reação da polícia siciliana foi de total indiferença o que é lamentável. Infelizmente, não voltarei nem recomendo a visita, o que é uma pena, pois a ilha tem lugares realmente bonitos. No entanto, valorizo a segurança e o bem-estar acima de tudo e aqui senti que ambos estavam gravemente comprometidos.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was good although our shower was quite dated/small. Hotel and staff were very good as was the food.

Hotel incrivel, proximo ao Etna, mas com alguns problemas. Tipo frigobar nao funcionava, box sem sabonete, etc . Todos os problemas foram solucionados de imediato. Tem um espaco Spa Maravilhoso nao cobrado, agua no Frigobar nao cobrada. Recomendo

Perfect spot for a relaxing spa eve after. The view from the room (back) is breathtaking. The staff is very kind and helpful. Within walking distance of Zeferana, where there are plenty of restaurants.

The hotel has fantastic views across the bay and also when it’s clear, of Etna. It perfectly located if you want to go up Etna, as only 30 mins away and also good for day trips to Taormina. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good and varied. We also used the spa and pool facilities both days, which was good but you need have to have a swimming hat, which you can purchase there. Things to improve included having towels available at the spa and having information in the room on when the spa operates and how you book a time slot. Also there wasn’t any information in the room about how to navigate the hotel, how breakfast worked or what the restaurant served. A little more information would be helpful. Overall we enjoyed our two night stay here.

The hotel was very nice but difficult to get from there without car. The bar had a limited hours and the same spa. It felt quite boring during out of season.

Lits confortables Espace détente piscine/spa excellent avec plusieurs "ateliers" Bel Hôtel, même si plus tout jeune, mais bien entretenu Parking bien Emplacement sur la route de l'Etna sud Petit déjeuner bien (pas exceptionnel car on trouve vraiment mieux, mais c'est déjà bien) Diner, effectivement cher pour ce que c'est, en comparaison à ce qui se fait en Sicile

Chambre pas insonorisée, nous entendions la chasse d eau des voisins, chambre moyenne. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Hotel ancien

Goede uitvalsbasis voor excursies

Imødekommende og venligt personale, flotte værelser og god morgenmadsbuffet. Pool og wellness var skønt. Udsigten er fantastisk.

Elke dag goede schoonmaak van de kamer. Elke dag 2 nieuwe gratis drankjes in de minibar. Ontbijt was prima. Ligging was ook mooi aan de voet van de Etna. Personeel spreekt wat minder goed / bijna geen engels. Regels int hotel soms onduidelijk qua tafel zoeken met ontbijt. Ene dag heb je vrije keuze andere dag wordt je naar je tafel begeleid….

Troppo bello

I have travelling through Sicily for 3 weeks and have stayed in many different hotel. This was the best one. There’s non coming even close. The view is insane, the receptionist was so friendly even offered me something to eat since I arrived really late midnight. The room were so clean. Other guests that I talked to at the pool were so impressed! 10 / 10.

Un alojamiento muy tranquilo y precioso. Está en a ladera del volcán Etna, todo muy verde y fresco. Las piscinas y el spa muy buenas. El personal muy amable. Nuestra habitación tenía un pequeño jardín en la puerta, con vistas al mar. Desde el hotel pudimos ver la erupción del Etna que ocurrió durante nuestra estancia.
