I'm not sure what constitutes an Albergo compared to a Hotel but this albergo far exceeded the "hotel" I had stayed in the previous night (which was basically a small room with no facilities and more expensive).
Situated just off a busy road into town on a very quiet side street, it is less than 15 minutes walk from the train station.
The room was large and well-appointed with a good shower, excellent Wi-Fi and a desk and chair.
The reception and breakfast room staff were attentive, friendly and very polite - a credit to the establishment.
Breakfast itself was superb with a wide range of cold and some hot products on offer.
Definitely one of Ancona's hidden gems!

Très agréable, le personnel parfait, hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner excellent.
Situé à 5 mn en voiture 🚗 de l’embarquement du ferries. Le parking est étroit, il ne faut pas avoir peur de manœuvrer ni une grosse voiture.

The complementary breakfast was quite good/above average for a European style breakfast. The coffee was excellent and barista made. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was very roomy. We found that the hot water was not hot and almost non-existent. The staff however were excellent and tried very hard to make us feel welcome.

Very nice room for a brief stopover in Ancona. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. No kettle or fridge was a bit annoying. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the ferry terminal so it was very convenient as a spot to stay the night before, lots of supermarkets nearby too.

It was not what we expected from the pictures shown, but not to bad.
It is located behind a hill/mountain from the old city, so when you go to the city you have to walk over or around at the docks that are noisy.
The location is also not so quiet. There are plenty of cars driving by and noise from the apartments next door, dogs, machines and train line.
The breakfast was nice. Pleasant and plenty.
The check in personal did not seem welcoming but later some of the others in the morning were nice.
TLDR: not to bad, just not quiet
