very noise at night and doesnt even have a kettle in the room

I stayed in a single room with a twin bed, desk, area to put luggage and a nice bathroom with a small shower. There wss a closet with a safe. Breakfast had coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, croissants and a fruit torte. Breakfast was excellent. My room was on the courtyard so it wss quiet. On Friday night, they had a very loud rock concert going on in the square until 11:30 p.m. which could be heard in my room. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely go back.

Good hotel in good location but no parking and in a walking zone. Room was large. Elevator very old and annoying with a pram

My stay was amazing. The only negative was the noise at night which affected my sleep, but, other than that the property, breakfast & staff were wonderful !

The reception desk workers were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

The air conditioning didn’t work and the room was boiling hot, horrible!

Bonjour. Nous somme ravis de l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Cependant la douche est très défectueuse, il n'ya pas le boutons pour l'eau chaude , c'est très compliqué d'avoir de l'eau chaude, nous avons un bb donc c'est vraiment dommage et très compliqué. Également le moteur de la clim bruyant est juste au dessus de la tête de lit, donc au dessus de nos têtes, c'est malheureusement très mal placé. Nous avons communiqué avec le Mr a la réception a 19h00 le jour de notre arrivée ( rien n'a été fait ) et avant de partir nous avons expliqué au deux femme a la réception, elle n'etait meme pas au courant . C'est vraiment dommage. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtel a come , c'est la première fois. Dommage......

I absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted by Francesca, who helped me with my Italian. She was very pleasant! The room was directly on the piazza, and I could look out. my window and see the shops and restaurants. There were all kinds of places to eat around the hotel, and I felt very safe walking around In the square. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Lake Como.

We had a very spacious room. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as it was more economical to go out for breakfast. The hotel is very central which is great for easy access to restaurants and the lake but be prepared for noise at night from the streets below. It is in a pedestrian area. Parking near by cost €45 for 24 hours.

Läget var helt oslagbart till det priset, låg ett kvarter från vattnet på ett jättemysigt torg med bra restauranger. Rummet var lite litet och badrummet var oproportionerligt stort, nästan lika stort som rummet. För oss som hade spjälsäng gick det inte att ha båda resväskorna i rummet så vi fick ha en i badrummet (som lyckligtvis hade plats).

-Pros: close to train station, nice view of square, and close to marina, breakfast was good -Cons: ac was not working and was making a lot of noise, bed uncomfortable, got one sheet only for covers, very noisy outside (past midnight - music was playing) -overall would not not recommend

Centrally located and easy to get around.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
