Everything was great until we realized it was not the room we reserved. The room was half the size. The next morning they were cleaning the one room we reserved and paid for. We told the morning manager but she didn’t seem to care much and blamed an electronic glitch. Out of all the places we reserved , it was the only one we had an issue with. The staff was very friendly but the manager was not very friendly. About parking, good luck. The staff parks at the free spots and the manager tells you to go park in paying car park and tells you to wake up for 8 am and go pay….i am more annoyed paying extras for the large room and seeing someone else got it. Small hotel so you reserve and pay for the actual room you reserve. I wish they refunded me a portion for the inconvenience because some paid less and got our large room.

This was a charming little hotel. Staff weee very helpful. Room was a bit small but nice enough. The ability to open the window was very nice. Breakfast was really good - had the best cappuccino ever!

Très bel hôtel, accueillant et dans un très beau cadre

Location provided a wonderful view on the lake, th restaurant is great both on taste and service. Bed was comfortable, room clean. All rooms are on the first floor. The people where super friendly and nice. Bathroom was a bit small, and noises from the restaurant and fireworks in a neighboring city where present. From 1:30 quiet as can be.

Adoramos o hotel! A vista é maravilhosa. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e o encontramos sempre limpo e com trocas das toalhas. O café da manhã é suficiente sendo que o café é feito na hora! Delicioso! Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos e nos ajudaram com várias informações. Tem "parcheggio" (estacionamento) com faixa branca na praça da igreja ao lado. A quem interessar, não tem elevador, mas a escada é tranquila. Indicamos a estadia!

Albergo datato ma pulito. Colazione buona non abbondante e poco varia. Ristorante buono con materia di buona qualità ma un po' caro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Per la zona ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Small, friendly place with an amazing view. For the price, unbeatable. We enjoyed eating dinner here, as well as the complimentary breakfast. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but clean. Be aware that this place is up on the hill, so the roads are a bit narrow and curvy, and parking can be a bit of a hunt.

Einfache und sehr saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, etwas schwierige Parksituation. Guter Standort für einen Como- Besuch.

Staff have been very helpful, room has been fine, liked the location, parking was easy, breakfast was great. Also had dinner in the restaurant - fabulous! All-in-all a great stay and I hope to visit again.

This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food, served by incredibly hospitable waiters. Breakfast in the morning had a range of pastries , fresh yogurt, cereal and fruits. The lady at breakfast was pleasant and friendly- such exceptional service. I have made myself a promise to bring my family to Lake Come one day and will certainly be booking this incredible hotel. To the staff and all involved with the restaurant and hotel, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Struttura un po' datata, ma pulita e con pers onale gentile e disponibile..buona colazione con una spendida vista sul lago!!

Very well

Per essere un hotel a 1 stella la camera è veramente carina con il suo bagno ben pulito e direi insonorizzato molto bene. Unica cosa che cambierei la porta della camera un po' inversata.Il letto molto comodo un po' meno il cuscino però per quello è un po' soggettivo perché soffro di cervicale, se avevo qualche anno in meno sarebbe andato bene,Invece la colazione direi veramente ottima e completa con materie prime di ottima scelta.
