空调太冷了，调29度也很冷，也没有多余的被子。免费早餐一般。总体对三星来说，无功无过。

Nice hotel and lovely staff, very walkable to the beach. Unfortunately it was one of the worst beds I've ever slept in, very stiff and uncomfortable. Great location, just wish for better beds and sleeping.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the sea and the city center. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but the portions were small; it would be nice if they were larger. The selection is a bit limited because they offer only a few dishes. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside, which is not the hotel's responsibility, was that we had a soccer team next door who made a lot of noise until after midnight. Perhaps they could have put them in a separate wing so as not to disturb other guests. The same problem occurred with breakfast; the kids raided everything, leaving only crumbs, and the refill (on the first day) took a while. The second day was better. Aside from this inconvenience (which has never happened before), I would recommend this hotel. I suggest the management take a different approach when dealing with groups of kids.

Ottimo hotel, bella la struttura. Colazione veramente ottima servita sul terrazzo del tetto. Unico problema il parcheggio, disponibile a pagamento poco distante

Nice design and convenient location. Noices from the other rooms and corridor were easily heard. Watch out if you are staying on a weekend. There was a loud party on the top floor with high noices all over the hotel. It did not stop until sometime after midnight.

Magnifique séjour, beaucoup trop court... Excellent hôtel, avec une jeune femme à l'accueil absolument délicieuse et qui sait donner tout son sens au mot ACCUEIL. Le rooftop pour le petit déjeuner ou les cocktails le soir est vraiment un très grand plus. C'est sûr, nous reviendrons dans cette ville et dans cet hôtel. Un grand merci

Ottimo hotel,ottima sala colazioni che diventa ristorante cocktail bar con terrazza panoramica. Unico neo camere proprio poco insonorizzate. Letto comodo ,oscuranti ok.

Everything about this place from the location to the rooms was amazing. Staff made our lives so much easier and helped us navigate our ferries and travel, gave us a late check out. 10/10, one of the best places I have stayed, highly recommend, would stay again

Jättetrevligt bemötande i receptionen med bra information. Trevlig personal vid frukost, bra drinkar i baren på plan 4, riktigt skönt att sitta där på kvällen, jättegod burgare med grönsaker. Overall ett riktigt bra ställe att vara på, lugnt och skönt i Chiavari! Vi badade i havet alla våra tre dagar, jätteskönt. Nära med tåget till Vernazza, mycket enkelt och trevlig ” över dagen” tur.

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.

Great place with really serviceminded and friendly staff. Beautiful rooftop bar with lovely views. Nice breakfast, not too many options but just enough. Very close to beach. Would definitely come back here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as a damals (5persons; 2 adults and three children). We stayed for this time in a family room on the first floor with two bedrooms. The reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Beach only a few steps from the hotel. Many restaurants near to the hotel. From the station (also near to the hotel) you can visit the Cinqueterre by train. It was a perfekt time. We
