Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory.

La posizione dell' hotel è davvero suggestiva ma , secondo il mio parere, andrebbe rinnovato. Struttura un po datata ma con qualche accorgimento potrebbe ritrovare lo splendore di un tempo.

Bella posizione in riva al lago. Struttura grande, con tutte le comodità e una buona colazione. Gli arredi e i sanitari avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata, come in quasi tutte le strutture della zona.

Rummet var gammalt, rent men slitet, badrummet var både gammalt och slitet. Kalkrester på kakel och glas inte helt rent. Fin balkong mot sjön. Jag bokade rummet för simbassängens skull, den hade inget vatten. Väldigt besviken över detta.

. Hotel confortevole in ottima posizione, sulla sponda del lago di Bracciano. Struttura rinnovata che offre agli ospiti oltre ad un ottima sistemazione in camere luminose anche un buon servizio dovuto al personale molto presente e disponibile.

pulizia della camera inesistente - asciugamani buttati sul calorifero senza cambio né piegatura nel bagno molto piccolo nemmeno un appendino per gli asciugamani o indumenti lavandino incrostato all'esterno buio pesto. impossibile una passeggiata le foto hanno illuso parecchio prezzo inadeguato alla struttura, almeno invernale (tutto chiuso e buio) per accedere a un comodino era necessario alzarsi dal letto. la camera era per letti separati. uniti, non avevano testiera idonea un pezzetto di carta a terra è rimasto per le tre notti usufruite cordiali le impiegate della reception alla sera per accedere al ristorante si doveva camminare per un tratto di strada buio e sassoso. abbiamo rinunciato e siamo andati altrove. impossibile fare passeggiata lungo il lago. tratto troppo breve... certamente dovendo tornare a bracciano non torneremo piu' in quell'albergo e ne sceglieremo uno meno costoso e piu' comodo al centro comunque, per educazione, non abbiamo sporto lamentele ma è bene che nella scelta le cose si sappiano. la nostra camera aveva il n. 212 per la quale abbiamo pagato un supplemento per 3 notti di € 15

Piacevole soggiorno in un confortevole hotel. Personale gentile e ottima organizzazione. La piscina all ' aperto rende l'albergo perfetto per godersi il soggiorno

This hotel needs complete renovation. Our room was clean but well worn. We ate in hotel restaurant which is by lake with lovely views but is not as clean as we like. Cutlery was marked and unpolished. The food for dinner was of poor quality and we would not recommend dining there. Breakfast was served in main hotel and was simple and plentiful. We will not be visiting there again.

Nice hotel, very well maintained, very clean and tidy room, great view of the lake from the balcony and decent breakfast. Air condition was weak and set up at a high temp making rooms slightly hot. Bed and pillows were not quite comfy.

Struttura carina e accogliente nella sua posizione eccellente con camere che affacciano direttamente sul lago, se si ha la fortuna di prendere bel tempo è un soggiorno al massimo del relax, cosa da migliorare è la colazione e qualche dettaglio nei bagni.

Жуткое разочарование ..... Грязные номера и маленькие кровать деревянная окна выходили на стоянку шум в душ страшно было зайти грязь , завтрак терпимо .... Несоответствие цена и отель не посоветовала бы ни кому , озеро чудесное сам городок тоже искупатся в озере тоже стоит , но отель выбрать другой ....

L'hotel non è nuovissimo, nonostante ciò è tenuto molto bene. Avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata alle pareti esterne, soprattutto il lato verso il lago. Le camere, due doppie comunicanti erano molto pulite e anche se con un arredo minimale si presentano molto bene. La colazione a buffet, ci è stata servita sulla terrazza panoramica che guarda verso il lago, molto ricca ed abbondante, affettati, cornetti, yogurt ecc... La piscina abbastanza affollata ma carina e pulita.

When I arrived the staff were expecting me and checking in only took a couple minutes. I got a room with a beautiful view of the lake. Great location if you have a car. It's only 45min from the airport.

The hotel seemed a lot older and worn down compared to the photos. The breakfast was very good.
