O quarto estava limpo, porém acho que minha cama tinha algum inseto pq acordei com várias picadas pelo corpo. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentou direito. O café estava bom e a funcionária que cuida desse serviço foi muito atenciosa. Muito bom tbem o serviço de guarda malas.

Estadia impecável, a anfitriã nos atendeu de forma amável e gentil, além de nos auxiliar em tudo que era necessário. Foi extremamente atenciosa em todos momentos, amamos a experiência, super recomendado.

Atendimento muito gentil e atencioso. Preço justo com uma localização ótima, muito próximo à estação

Quarto muito bem limpo e arrumado todos os dias. Atendente do café da manhã muito simpática. Bem localizado. Pouca variedade no café da manhã. O único ponto negativo é que não fica ninguém na recepção, independente do horário.

O HOTEL é excelente, na frente da Termini. As funcionárias são tão amaveis, o café da manhã é ótimo para começar o dia. A cama é confortável e o quarto é bem limpo. O Banheiro pode melhorar na descarga.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Facility was clean but kind of basic . Wi-Fi was poor. It was in a convenient location, close to the train station but the neighborhood was dirty.

Basic continental breakfast but only bananas for fruit and 2 or 3 different croissants all with jam or icing. The staff there (at breakfast) was excellent. These are the same girls who make the rooms so clean. Matilda was my favorite although I liked the Nepalese girl as well. I think if they ran the joint, it’d get all 5s. Biggest problem is no one is ever at the desk. Leads to issues when you’re trying to check in. Leads to bigger issues when the damn door bell is being rung constantly! I had to take a Valium to chill on Sunday b/c the bell was being rung “machine gun” style all through the night.

Ville have været rart at vide at man skal tjekke ind på et hotel overfor. Vi fandt kun ud sf det på grund af en ung mand der hjalp os. Hotellet trænger gevaldig til en renovering

There are several hotels in the same building, the desk for check-in is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is on the fourth. There is a small lift in the building but there are some steps from the ground level before you reach it.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. Near termini station, and with a few restaurants and markets nearby. The check in and out was easy. A little confusion on my part, as I forgot my room was upstairs, and the office is just an office. Good stay for the price, and great for solo travellers.

O hotel é bem antigo, o quarto que fiquei tinha um cheiro insuportável! Parecia um necrotério, a ponto de ter ido embora 4 horas após o check-in. Não recomendo

Hotel antigo, chuveiro péssimo, cama desconfortável e ar condicionado pingando no quarto. Mesa de cafe da manhã colada na porta do quarto e muito barulho. Nunca tem ninguem na recepção.
