Hotel is new and good designed, staff are well trained

Bumpy cobblestone walk from the Metro station, up & over a steep little bridge fyi. Very scenic and a convenient location, we walked or took the Metro easily. Restricted vehicle pedestrian area, it may be possible to get a taxi in but we were fine with walking. Front desk tended to be a bit hectic, but the breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful, and the lobby bar had random snacks out in the evening. Room was pleasant, comfortable bed, elevator serviceable, very pleasant common spaces. Everyone staying there seemed happy! My room (double) overlooked the courtyard and was very peaceful. Second room, twin, was smaller but neatly fitted out, a good use of space. Would stay again if we return!

Great stay and location was perfect.

The hotel itself is very nice — clean, comfortable, and well located. The rooms were well maintained and overall the property made a good impression. We did have two issues during our stay: First, the built-in hair dryer in our room did not work. I called the front desk and they sent a replacement fairly quickly, which was appreciated. These things happen and it was handled reasonably well. However, on our last night the light switch for the light outside the bathroom stopped working, leaving the light stuck on. This happened around 11:00 PM, and since we had to wake up at 4:00 AM for a flight, it was quite inconvenient. Maintenance came but was unable to fix the issue. The only option offered at around 11:30 PM was to move rooms, which was not practical at that hour given how exhausted we were and the early departure ahead of us. As a result, we had to sleep with the light on for the remaining five hours of the night. At checkout the next morning, no apology or gesture was offered, which was disappointing given the circumstances. Overall the hotel is nice and clean, but a bit more attention to guest service when issues occur would make a big difference. — Orna Kirsh

Our stay at Art Hotel Navigli was wonderful. The staff was extremely accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely the best we have experienced (fresh fruit and vegetables including ginger for the juicer, even), the art decor remarkable and the room clean and well-appointed. The location - literally two blocks from the M2 metro, surrounded by many restaurants, basically on the canal and within a reasonable walk to the Duomo - is perfect. Highly recommended.

The staff were nice but the hotel itself is very tired, the rooms need updating - they aren't very clean, the bottoms of the shower, the soap dishes are tarnished and peeling. There was dirt under the coffee machine. The air con didn't work so the rooms are very stuffy. My room had a small balcony with ashtray which meant it had been used for people to smoke so my curtains smelt of stale smoke. There was construction noise during the stay.

El hotel es hermoso, el desayuno de 10, la habitación preciosa y amplia, colchón súper cómodo, lo único es que a mí me gusta súper caliente el agua de la ducha y no estaba así, pero eso es personal, después tenes a una cuadra el canal naviero lleno de restaurantes y el sábado una feria preciosa y luego a tres cuadras el bus que te lleva directo a la zona central donde están todos los lugares de interés

Lovely place good location

Nice, friendly staff. Rooms are quite comfortable. My bathroom had a nice tub and pretty spacey. Standard breakfast buffet ( eggs, sausages, ham and cheese, bread, and croissants and other sweet options). Location is great, on a small street 50 meters from Naviglio Grande. If you go by car, be advised you cannot drive all the way to the hotel entrance, as that street has restricted circulation inside a Limited traffic zone.

Loved my stay here staff was super friendly and helpful unlike other hotels nearby. This place is great. And walkable to a host of bars and dining options
