Boa estadia para quem está de carro. Localização bem perto da cidade. Hotel confortavel com boas instalações. A unica falha foi com a TV (o comando não estava funcionando corretamente). Pedimos para verificarem porem nada foi feito.

Staff member checking us in was unfamiliar with SERVICE dogs. That created a little friction, but was resolved.
The room was comfortable, except for loud mechanical noises all night.
The water pressure is excellent, but the shower is a bit small.
The breakfast was adequate.

check in and they tried to charge me double for my cat to what hotels.com I listed on their website booked a room with a balcony and or terrace. Our room did not have it and they argued with me over that.

struttura nel totale molto bella, anche se sembra un labirinto arrivare nelle camere può risultare complicato.
Camere con molta polvere, io che soffro di allergia è stato un problema.
Caffè della mattina, nelle macchinette automatiche, sicuramente possono migliorare.
Camere decisamente molto fredde per il periodo di gennaio.
Nel complesso, il tutto è discreto ci ritornerò

il y a du travail pour etre sur le standing 4 etoiles. accueil froid, personnel pas a l ecoute voir desagreable, piscine qui ferme une heure en avance parce que la personne en charge veut rentrer plus tot…petit dejeuner mediocre. et pour finir obliger de faire tourner la clim h24 a 18 pour avoir 23 degres dans la chambre…et une chaleur etouffante dans la salle de bain! meme si cela ne se voit pas l hotel se situe a cote d une usine…nous n y retournerons pas.

Disappointing area. Absolutely nothing there. Did not appreciate gardener strimming and cutting the grass before 7am, he was still there when we left at 10. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Staff were lovely

Alojamiento con piscina comodo para ir con niños. Limpieza y desayuno excelentes. El restaurante no tiene opciones a la cena si vas con niños pequeños. Piscina en buenas condiciones pero te cobran por las tumbonas y la sombrilla pero tienen cesped que puedes usar para poner las toallas. En general lo recomendamos.

tres bien dns l’ensemble mais pour ameliorer et être équivalent a d autres 4 etoiles il faudrait mieux indiquer dans les couloirs les numeros de chambre pour aller a sa chambre (exemple 238) et rajouter dans les chambres le système qu on accroche a la porte pour indiquer si oui ou non on peut faire le menage ou pas. merci Maxime
