Old hotel，the attitude is not so good when we check in but excellent when we checked out. AThe air conditioner did not work well. The temperature higher than 27 degree overall

Very bad hotel

The staff is really kind and help you if you have question, the pools and area are clean, the place is magnificent ! We really enjoy our time at Bagni di pisa and will come back for sure.

Heel mooi en groot hotel. Bed was goed. We hadden wat meer verwacht van het ontbijt en zeker als je langer dan een week verblijft. De eerste dag bij aankomst geen brood meer. Er is geen variatie in de buffetten. De laatste dag zelfs geen brood, eieren, spek ed. meer. Voor een 5-sterren hotel mogen de buffetten nooit leeg zijn. Badkamervloer dient geschrobd te worden (plakkerig, vies en vuil in de putjes van de vloer).

God frokost. Flott mulighet for spa. Enkelt å finne til tog stasjon dom er billig måte å reise hit på fra PISA

Beautiful building with character. Bit of a rabbit warren inside though -our room was on the 3rd floor and we got lost several times trying to find the pool. We didn’t realise the outdoor pool is heated and the temperature was in the mid 30’s so not a refreshing dip but would be nice in cooler weather. The sun beds were very hard. The terrace restaurant was lovely with very good food and attentive staff.

The property is an old facility. The spa offered is just an average condition. Breakfast is so simple and has a few selection.

We had a wonderful stay in this exceptional property, the staff were great and the dinning was excellent.

Nous sommes 1 nuit. Très bon accueil ! Ils ont fait un effort pour parler Français ! Nous avons appréciés Piscine et sauna très appréciés ! Ainsi que le petit déjeuner très bon Il est possible d’aller à la gare à pied à seulement 10min de l’hôtel en direction de Pise. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule sur leur parking le lendemain pendant que nous étions à Pise ! Je recommande

No issues, staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, food was awesome, plenty to select from. And what can I say about the variety of wine selection, Chianti was great, excellent body, color, hreat aroma.

Vi hadde en fantastisk overnatting på dette nydelige hotellet, hvor vi virkelig fikk ladet batteriene. Middagen i restauranten var en smaksopplevelse – alt var utsøkt, og servicen var upåklagelig. De ansatte var gjennomgående vennlige og imøtekommende, noe som bidro til en svært hyggelig opplevelse. Frokosten var innholdsrik og velsmakende, men vi opplevde at atmosfæren kunne vært mer innbydende. Det var tillatt å komme til frokost i morgenkåpe og flip-flops, noe vi følte trakk ned helhetsinntrykket. Dette påvirket dessverre matlysten vår og gjorde at buffetopplevelsen ikke ble like hyggelig som forventet. Alt i alt et flott hotell med mye å by på, og vi håper på en enda bedre opplevelse neste gang!

Esperienza bellissima, tutto perfetto

Beautiful hotel. Everyone was so warm and friendly. The morning breakfast had a nice variety. We are looking forward to returning. 🙂

Personnel très charmant et disponible. Seul petit bémol, pour ma part, le restaurant. On vous propose un menu « gastronomique » qui vous fait repartir avec la faim…tant les parts sont minuscules. Sinon vraiment rien à redire. Séjour excellent pour les soins et ses thermes.

Hotel storico,molto bello ,con accesso diretto alle terme .Colazione eccellente, personale educato e disponibile, camere un po'datate.Le terme sono molto affascinanti ed abbastanza ben tenute.Purtroppo l'accesso anche a chi non alloggia comporta situazioni un po'affollate .Negativo permettere accesso alle aree benessere con telefonini ed a famiglie con bambini piccoli.
