The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrive early waited for the room to be clean. The staff gave us cups for coffee while waiting at the lobby preparing our room.

The property was good the front office staff was good but other guests were awful. Very loud obnoxious several times kids knocked on our doors . Apparently the staff was not able to control the parents with there kids. Which could have been a great stay turned out to be a disappointment.

The price was reasonable, lot's of parking, service was good, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for B&B hotels in other locations.

Nice and superb staff

Un hotel muy eficiente, funcional, y limpio, con buen servicio de su staff. Lo que no me gustó es que tanto el cuarto como el espacio del desayuno están muy poco iluminados. Le hacen falta ventanas a las instalaciones. Algo que tampoco me gustó es que en todos los hoteles B&B en los que me he quedado (tres en la última semana), ninguno funciona para compartir la pantalla entre el celular y la televisión. A algunos les sirve el chrome cast, pero a otros no. Pero el screen mirroring nunca funciona. En particular, en este hotel, la tele está muy pequeña para la distancia que tiene con la cama. Además, la iluminación del cuarto es escasa. Tiene muchas lámparas pero todas están volteando hacia arriba o detrás de algún mueble (como el respaldo de la cama. Está bien iluminado en general, pero no es adecuado para trabajar o revisar papeles. Tambien, aunque está muy cerca del tren, el transporte para la ciudad es escaso. Aunque eso en realidad es un tema del gobierno de la ciudad y no del hotel.

Good hotel and good price

Lovely hotel outside Como but very close to Camerlata Station for easy access to Lake or Milan. Comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast. Staff very helpful and all speak English. Parking on site an added bonus.

There was a large group of kids and adults from a sports team staying when we were there and they were running down the halls and yelling and very noisy until late at night. We asked several times for them to be quiet, told hotel staff in the morning and expected some type of compensation for having to bear this while trying to relax and sleep. Hotel staff did not offer anything.

Not more than a two star hotel. Kinda like a hostel with your own room and bathroom. Only one elevator works. Foosball machine in front of elevator. Dirty elevator and hallways. Everything needs updating. Superior double was large enough. Very basic beds. Two electrical outlets in entire room including the bathroom. Tiny shower with plastic doors. On the plus side, there was free parking. Breakfast was ordinary and basic. If you need to save money that is the only reason to stay here.

Friendly staff and great value for price! Breakfast was excellent for the price. Highly recommend this hotel

Very clean, excellent service, great breakfast

Very convenient location in adorable Lake Como. 8 minute drive to the city center. Very easy to get to where we needed from here. They were very kind and held our bags in storage the day of our check out. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious room.

Hotel is located on the main road. Very noisy through the night. Lift does not work.

the hotel was ok .but the lift was broken , so had to carry suitcases up three flight of stairs from the under ground car park .

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our visit. The breakfast whilst good it seemed a bit pricy. Reception staff were excellent and were very helpful with any questions we had.

We stayed for 3 nights just after the May bank holiday, the hotel is very clean, only 15 min cab ride into lake como, reception staff very helpful, continental breakie has a good selection. Only negative point would we that the sage in room is don’t work & this was also true for the other rooms the family had hired. Parking is available hence I would strongly suggest hiring a car if you want to drive around, also parking costs are very responsible compared to Uk. 2/3€ for most of the day. Getting a taxi after 11pm is a real challenge.

Laura at the property was the desk greeter. She was hospitable welcoming and professional. We arrived early and she was so nice to let us leave our back packs til we go back. We will come back again another time and keep loyal to the company because of her . The breakfast was nice and tasty also and the staff. Pete Felicijan
