Nossa estadia foi perfeita, o quarto tinha um ótimo espaço, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, ótimo café da manhã. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, principalmente a funcionária Eleonora, que foi muito gentil e nos ajudou com algumas dúvidas.
O hotel ficava a aproximadamente 20 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico de Florença, então fazíamos tudo a pé.
Mas fica aqui algumas dicas para o hotel avaliar se é possível melhorar: a vedação do box do banheiro não é boa, então vaza água no banheiro, faltam penduradores de roupa no banheiro, e alguns dias sentíamos um cheiro como se fosse do esgoto (aparentemente do banheiro).
Como disse são pontos que podem ser melhorados, mas voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente no hotel.

Me encantó la habitación muy limpia y su colchon muy comodo, así como las almohadas, como saliamos muy temprano nos ofrecieron darnos nuestros desayuno en cajitas para llevar, excelente atención de su personal, me tocaron 3 diferentes personas y todas muy amables

The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip.

we stayed in a big room. it's looks comfortable.
but we asked a double bed. they gave us two single beds and put it together.
And there is no cup, just two disposable plastic cups , and any disposable toiletry in there.
That makes a hotel like a hostel...
Besides, the location is a little bit far from city center. If you have consideration on communicate time, you have to think about it again.
Except the former, others are good enough.

Choosing this hotel If u don't mind it's far away from central (station). While u see there are full of leisure n fun in most of the sightseeing points at night， however u need to back to the hotel due to its a bit far away, I believe u will bit dissatisfied about it. Besides, there's no transport back to the inn unless taxi around 21:00.
We've ordered a supervior double room but we have got three single bed instead , haha
Comparatively, this is a more clean hotel. and that's it.......

We wasted around 15 euro because of their unhelpfulness. The staff told us that there is a discount for the guest in the opposite parking lot. They gave us the discount card in the last moment after we checked-out. However, it's too late as we must insert the discount card when the car first parked inside the parking lot.

从火车站坐公交车坐了挺多站 下车之后又走了一段路终于找到了 不过酒店房间的环境挺不错 住的很舒服 浴室也挺大的 比较满意

The staff do not really know what are the sights or attractions in Florence . No free wifi but room is nice though u hv to take a bus from SMN to the hotel. Not a lot of food choices around. The room is nice n clean but shower design is elevated so water may flow onto the toilet floor but since it's a wet area it can be forgiven .

I was dissapointed there was no mini fridge to store water in. There was a lot of wear and tear on the floor and some walls. Internet only worked in 1 spot in my room. Lifts were temperamental. Given the location and these caveats i didnt think it was worth the money i paid.
