This location is in a bad area of town so it is gated. VERY difficult to find The owner is NOT on premise so calling them is useless. We got caught in traffic and construction. We were asked about what time we were arriving. We guessed 6 and arrived after 8 because we were lost. Repeatedly tried calling the owner with no answer. When we arrived we got a lecture for being late. Owner did not speak much English yet continued to ask us when what time we were leaving in Italian. There is a tiny, creepy elevator that fit 2 people and one suitcase. Breakfast was a joke. Locked breakfast room that was supposed to open at 8. We were leaving at 830 so she finally showed up at 825 to open it. We had our choice of coffee only or hot chocolate. No milk for coffee. 2 cookie jars with biscuits. The hotel overlooks a carnival with street vendors. It shut down at midnight on a Monday night. Kept us up with ride screams and carnival flashing lights. DO NOT stay here. Owners have plastic lawn chairs in the rooms. Felt like a chaep college room. Beds were rock hard. If i could give a zero rating I would.

Very nice host, comfortable and clean amenities. But be advice that is not an hotel, the property is located inside a residential building with multiple gates, so it was not easy to access right away, but after you get the keys is alright.

It would be helpful if you could get in. Behind a locked gate with no one answering the intercom. Had to go elsewhere.

Ottimo! Tutto perfetto. Il b n b era molto pulito, comodo, carino. Personale accogliente, gentile, disponibile. Colazione abbondante. Buona posizione dell'appartamento. Siamo stati molto bene.

Good value for money, but be aware there's an amusement park between the B&B and the sea which interrupts the view.

Close to town. Elevator quite small to the 4th floor entry. Host and his sister were amazing and helpful people. Supermarket next door.

Bien qu'il n'a pas été évident de trouver rapidement l'hôtel, tout le reste de notre séjour de 7 nuitées s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous avions 1h30 de retard, et nous a pourtant bien accueilli. De plus, il a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter à Catane et ses alentours. Chaque matin un petit déjeuner (simple mais très bon) nous est servi par une charmante dame qui est toujours au petit soin des clients. Même si elle ne parle pas français et peu anglais, il est très facile de communiquer. Enfin, les chambres sont toujours irréprochables ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécier notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous le recommandons vivement !

A livello di eccellenza in tutto, e per tutto intendo proprio tutto! Dal parcheggio all'accoglienza, dalla cura dell'ospite alla eccellenza della camera del bagno e degli accessori, dalla pulizia alla posizione vista mare (che si trova poco distante)...insomma, veramente consigliato, complimenti

Location is very central. Check in was a bit difficult, the lady went out for about 10 min, so no one was there to answer the door. She did whatsapp me, but I didn't have roaming, however the staff is very polite and nice, they try to speak English. The building was a bit hard to find, its located inside an apartment building and there are several other B&B's in the complex. If you have a car, when you check out remember to ask the lady to open the gate for you. That could also pose a problem when checking in, if the gate is close. We were lucky the gate was opened so we could drive in. Rooms are nice, clean. Breakfast area is small and minimal. It's basically an apartment converted into 3 bedrooms, truly a B&B.

Esperienza negativa, innanzitutto per l'ubicazione del B&B rispetto al centro di Catania, il costo non commisurato alla struttura. Da non ripetere.

Non riesco trovare un difetto. Veramente tutto perfetto. Curato nei minimi particolari, moderno, nuovissimo, pulitissimo... Si trova in un palazzo al quarto piano sul lungomare di Catania. Quattro camere arredate con gusto ed eleganza. Molto gentile il proprietario Massimiliano ed anche la signora che abbiamo trovato la mattina durante la colazione. Colazione ottima con grande scelta è buonissima. Letto comodissimo con materasso memory e la biancheria di ottima qualità. Tutto perfetto!!! Complimenti davvero!!! Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti.

Dans un premier temps, à la vue du bâtiment, nous nous sommes demandés si l'endroit allait nous correspondre. C'est avec une grande surprise que nous avons découvert l'hôtel qui est entièrement neuf et de très bons goûts. L'accueil était juste exceptionnel. Massimiliano est juste une personne très disponible, agréable, à l'écoute et jovial. Son sourire est communicatif. Concernent la chambre, celle-ci est géniale: spacieuse, très propre, moderne. Le déjeuner est diversifié même si pour les deux jours nous avons eu les mêmes produits. Bravo au propriétaire pour la rénovation et pour son accueil !
