There was free parking at the hotel, which was very convenient for us. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The Wi-Fi connection was quite good, and the rooms were modern and relatively clean. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of hot food, including scrambled eggs and sausages. However, better ventilation in the bathroom would have improved our stay. We also noticed a stain on the duvet cover, which was unpleasant to find. In the early morning, we were woken up by housekeepers chatting and laughing loudly in the corridor—likely due to poor soundproofing.

Good hotel, 30min commute to the city center, breakfast was ordinary, could be better. Room is good, WiFi good.

I’ve stayed in a lot of very poor 4star hotels and this was definitely a very good 4 star hotel

The hotel was very smart, our room was huge (we only booked a basic standard) Breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel is a bit out of the city but there is a bus stop about a 3 minute walk away that can take you anywhere in Bologna

Staff are very friendly!

Far from everything we wanted, train, airport and city centre. Room was a nice size and clean, but we found it hot and even with the thermostat in the room we could not get it under 24C. Too warm for us, but I know that others would like it. Overall, a nice hotel and friendly staff.

I liked the stuff and the room is great. All clean and spacious, nice strong showers. I liked landline telephone because I did call front desk and extended my stay. Very convenient. Awesome!

Its a hime away from home. The staff are very very great. Awesome customer support.

This should not be on your VIP list! I did not receive any VIP benefits. The carpet was filthy, found hairs in the bathroom and the safe and remote control did not work. We called front desk to have the issues fixed. After waiting for a while and after a second call to get a ETA, technician showed up and repaired the the control but was unable to fix the safe. This is definitely not worthy of the VIP status. Disappointed and would have picked a different hotel.

Great value hotel. Very nice views of the city and is convenicely located near the “Tangenziale” that connects to the airport, Fiera area, and downtown area. It is great if you are renting a car or you'll have one to move around.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.
