最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！

Run away, we found a room with very questionable cleanliness: stains and hairs in the sheets, midges…. We preferred to leave immediately and ask for a refund to avoid bedbugs. Unfortunately, this owner seems all-powerful on this platform because despite the report, the photo evidence, it is up to him to decide if he wants to reimburse us… You can guess the answer.

Bra läge, fint rum, dock med lite trasig mörkläggningsgardin Mycket ljud från sophämtning mm tidigt på morgonen. Marknad utanför dörren på fredagar. Lite märklig incheckning som görs online så får man koder till dörrar. Ytterdörr mest udda, ring på klockan och ring ett telefonnummer så öppnas dörren. Kräver internetuppkoppling för att checka in vilket alla inte har. Liten hiss som kräver nyckel finns. Tips gå upp å hämta nyckeln först och ta upp bagage i hissen sen.

La literie est acceptable, par contre le partage d'une salle de bain avec 3 autres chambres n'est pas simple. L'isolation phonique est quasiment inexistante, que ce soit l'isolation du bruit depuis les chambres voisines ou de la rue. Le bar d'en face et celui juste en dessous de la fenêtre propose produit un volume sonore assez important en journée et jusqu'à environ 1h du matin et la présence de containers d'ordures (notamment de verre) à proximité provoque des réveils matinaux avec les camions poubelles qui passent avant 7h du matin. Seul point positif : la proximité avec la gare. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Terrible check in. No reception and you were forced to down load an app to get your codes to access the entrance and your room. Took us almost an hour to get our room. I will never book a room here again even if they were a little cheeper than the other options. I lerned "you get what you pay for" and it is not worth it.

The location is the best thing about this apartment, the room is nice and spacious and has great AC. There is no kitchen, only a bathroom which is badly maintained but is passable. I stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed it.

My window faced the street, could hear the concert outside my window. I am still waiting for my deposit back, it has been over 10 days, never heard back from property so I am disputing it with my credit card company. Very annoyed!

Good location, a lot of stores in the area and very close to the train station.

The worst experience ever, the host charge us again full price of the stay plus taxes on a link he send us, we called expedia but we received no help at all, we wrote to the host but it was like he dissapeared, it is a SCAM! Also the place is noisy, stinks. So dissapointed this place is not shut down. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Logement au top et bien situé, à proximité de la gare.

Excellent for a one night stand, and very convenient, there are restaurants and mini markets as soon as you walk out of the building. Clean, and organized. There are three rooms total and you have to share the bathroom with the other rooms. The only negative aspect is parking, if you have a car you have to park like 35 mins away, or you have to pay 2€ per hour in a near parking garage.

It took almost 1 hour for us to check into our room. We called and there was no answer. We finally got someone to assist remotely, and were able to get into our room. While the room was clean, the second bed which I had reserved in advance, was a very uncomfortable cot. The bathroom was clean, but had no hooks, no shelves, and the shower had no place for shampoo and soap, we had to keep these items on the floor. Our sheets were never changed, and we only had a couple of additional towels given to us by the cleaning lady. While it was centrally located, within a short walk from the train station and wharf, I cannot recommend based on the overall experience of our stay.

Fue una situación de emergencia y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. La habitación era amplia, contaba con baño privado (no todas las habitaciones lo tienen) un poco complicado el check in al ser por internet, cercano a bares, tiendas y a la central de trenes la spetzia

Nos estafaron!!!!!!!!! Pusimos nuestra tarjeta en el link indicado para pagar el city tax (10€) y nos cobraron 169.88€!! Al momento de contactarnos con el numero indicado en la reservación (porque no tienen lobby o administración) se desentendieron diciendo que nos contactemos con hoteles.com que ellos lo arreglen, al hacer eso mismo, estos nos dijeron que los responsables eran Blue Sea Rooms ya que ellos hicieron el pago. Nosotros YA HABÍAMOS pagado antes de llegar al hotel un monto de 125€ que era lo correspondido por el cuarto. Ahora nos estafaron cobrándonos mas y dos veces. Hoteles.com y Blue Sea Rooms son estafadores que nadie se hace responsable por la plata que nos falta !!!!!!!

Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer to indicate where to ring. After WhatsApp chats and verifying emails, we were able to get to our room. For this check in, I was fortunate to have an external battery pack for my phone or we wouldn't have succeeded. Once we got to tbe room, it was brilliant. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Thus, check in procedures need to be improved.

Could not find entrance, nobody answered buzzer when it was found, arrived to find the bed dirty and unmade, had to wait 1 hour to have someone make the bed with clean sheets.

Salle de bain salle avec une douche qui ne se draine pas. Super compliqué de s'y rendre en voiture. Parking autour impossible. Nous avons demandé de modifier la réservation et nous n'avons jamais eu un retour de leur part. Expérience mauvaise.

This place was conveniently located, secure and clean. It was a bit noisy at night, as our room faced the piazza which turned out to be a center of evening outdoor festivities, especially on the weekend. But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
