The hotel was weird and did not have good food/beverage services. You had to use cash only to put money on one room key account and then utilize that one key to buy drinks or food items. The staff will not let you charge items to your room and settle at check out. Additionally there are steps everywhere and sometimes you must go up to go back down, no handicap accessible areas. There is a 12 inch television in the room and no place to sit other than on the bed. There is no wifi im the room unless you are close to the reception area. Air conditioners are set to only go down to 23 Celsius too! Impossible to get it lower. Beautiful area and people are friendly in town, but this hotel has a security guard that follows you everywhere. Just overall a strange place to stay and not for international visitors.

We stayed there for one night on May 23rd. We must have been the only guests in this large hotel. You can tell that they were getting ready for the busy season. It was definitely quiet. We had reserved a mountain view room, but were not upgraded to a sea vue even though there was no one there. The town was charming, but most stores were closed. I am sure that Praia a Mare is a great summer spot to stay, but be advised, not in May! Breakfast was ok, but the service was inexistant. The staff was more interested in chatting than interacting with the only guests they had. Would not return...

Hotel chosen because 1) proximity to a wedding venue ( reason for trip) 2) info said English was spoken 3) 4 star Hotel was close to wedding - phew English almost non exsistent, and no one st all could speak any English some days, this caused challenges with organising trips,( we had to sort alone) taxi to and from wedding and around food choice as one guest a coeliac. 4 star! Not in our opinion Not allowed a second room key, room not clean including food wrappers from a previous occupant, communal areas even less clean, totally annoyed that the a’lcarte restaurant closed mid way through our stay with no warning on website or at hotel. On booking we were told free parking but once there non available in the free area outside of the hotel eventually had parking for free in hotel. Could give lots of small negative examples but the hotel of course didn’t spoil the wedding but I would definitely not recommend to anyone. A few other points - no inside bars or coffee bars opening only option by pool or beach meant any drinks there were in smoking areas. Hotel said mountain view room which was totally true lovely view of the mountain just a shame before the mountain less than 50 metres from our balcony was the main train line. Therefore very noisy all day and night. Breakfast poor and almost no choice for the coeliac The night we did use the a’lcarte great but the buffet night redicously overpriced only 2 of 4 courses available for coeliac

The hotel is clean and well located, with a nice lido next to it and activities, but inside it is not well organised and any purchase is complicated.

Clean room.but otherwise all bad.room view choice of entertainment stage and very noisy or rail line and skips.may have been good once. Now hotel sea front tatty with grey shale and weeds.location delapidated and next to small grotty water park.food worst ever. Breakfast chaos wirh nowhere to sit.as no clwar way of managing the overfilled hotel.sugar water for juice. Stale bread.unpleasant coffee.pool very overcrowded in afternoons.some staff trying to be nice but clearly scared of breaking rules.nb you have to wear wrist band but not as much fun as a festival.

This location was fine overall. The food was plentiful and the menu changed daily. The service was great overall. The beach was beautiful to look at but be prepared for stones rather than sand. On Day 4 and 5 of our stay, the tide brought in a fair amount of garbage which was not addressed by the hotel. Otherwise, I have no complaints and would highly recommend this location.

Stayed there for a week. Will not be returning. While Praia A Mare itself is a beautiful town, the staff in Borgo left a bad taste in our mouths. While the hotel is well maintained and clean, unfortunately the staff, reception staff mainly, are dreadful. They were unhelpful, standoffish, arrogant, rude and child-like in their giggling at different guests from behind the reception counter. The advertise themselves as a hotel for UK, Spanish, German and US tourists, yet are unable to communicate with any of them. Their English was either poor/broken or non-existent. The 'Rules' you receive on check-in are in Italian which was of no help to the four elderly Californian ladies I met wandering around the complex, unable to get any answers. They had no information on where we could eat in the hotel, where/what time the Spa opens or the gym. This is not just from my experience in dealing with them. I have observed the staff 'dealing' with others and seen the same dis-respect and indifference.

The hotel was very clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good and plentiful. The hotel has everything you would need for a family holiday Italian style. The hotel caters for Italian holiday makers who like to relax round the pool or on the beach for most of the day soaking up the sun, play sports, and eat very well in the evening. If this is what you want from your holiday then I would recommend you visit, if you need to be organised and have someone entertain the kids all day I suggest you go to Disneyland.

Borgo fiuzzi resort è una gradevole struttura posta sul mare, la piscina è molto bella immersa in un giardino molto curato con adiacente un bar molto carino. Le camere ampie e luminose hanno un letto molto comodo e tende oscuranti per un piacevole riposo. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono di buona qualità, l'animazione composta da tanti ragazzi, bravi e competenti così come il servizio ristorazione offre pasti apprezzabili a buffet ( da migliorare la varietà del cibo e l'organizzazione dei tavoli un po' confusionaria in quanto sono si assegnati ma poi ti ritrovi persone al tuo tavolo e tu sei costretto a trovarne un altro). Molto male invece, la prima colazione ripetitiva e scarsa sia in qualità che quantità! La spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'hotel molto ampia e di ciottoli grossi ( servono scarpette) offre 2 lettini e un ombrellone per camera ( si potrebbe lasciare più spazio tra un ombrellone e un altro perché sono un po' ammassati), sono presenti le docce e un chiosco. Nel complesso struttura molto gradevole e al giusto prezzo ci ritornerei volentieri.

Altes Gebäude, an vielen Stellen schmutzig, Keine Handtücher für das Pool, keine Möglichkeit in Restaurants zu essen, wenn man nicht vorher ein All Inclusive gebucht hat. Eigentlich sehr, sehr schade für die Stelle wo man ist.

struttura molto bella. Servizio carente nella fase di comunicazione con il cliente. personale molto giovane non affiancato da tutor esperti. Alle comunicazioni ricevute in reception non corrispondeva poi la realtà. ad esempio ho chiesto se potessi portare il cane in spiaggia e mi hanno risposto che il regolamento comunale lo vietava, In realtà il reg, comunale consentiva cani al guinzaglio e comunque in spiaggia nessuno del personale ha fatto alcuna verifica. Identica situazione per la piscina, che non utilizzo, ma che passando ho visto cagnolini scorazzare liberi sul prato. un vero peccato perchè la struttura merita e se ben amministrata potrebbe essere un gioiellino. Il problema della comunicazione esteso a tutti gli ambiti, dall bar al ristorante, dalla reception al portierato (un signore attempato probabilmente già pensionato). Consiglio corsi di comunicazione orientati al customer care.

Camera pulita, bellissima piscina a disposizione con animazione, acqua gym ecc... , accesso privato direttamente alla spiaggia con incluso ombrellone e sdraio.

Deludente il cibo ,camera rumorosissima perché proprio sul teatro con un volume dello spettacolo da denuncia infissi chiusi tappi nelle orecchie e non riuscivo ne a sentire la tv non parliamo di leggere un libro nessuna cortesia da parte del personale

La struttura è bella e moderna. Le camere confortevoli e pulite Peccato che al ristorante ci sia solo un responsabile per l’assegnazione dei tavoli insufficiente per il gran numero di persone. La qualità della cena è stata buona. Dovrebbero migliorare la competenza del personale. Inoltre con tanti spazi sia al chiuso che all’aperto dovrebbero organizzare uno spogliatoio per il cambio di abiti. Il bagno non è luogo idoneo ne per aprire una valigia ne per sedersi.

Bel villaggio, ben tenuto, servizi efficienti, buona cucina e pasti abbondanti. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il passaggio del treno in ore notturne non dava particolare fastidio. Unico appunto: poiché la struttura è molto grande sarebbe opportuno potenziare nei vari corridoi e gallerie la segnaletica dei vari servizi, in particolare della reception.

Per il mancato servizio non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di testarlo.

sei poco seguito, si mangia veramente male, check in da incubo, servizi a pagamento nonostante la quota albergo fosse di molto oltre lo standard
