交通方便，出火車站已見到酒店，但房間非常黑，燈光不足夠。

Have bad smell coming out from the room. And the hotel using the strong lemon cleaning spray to cover the smell, at the end we can’t even breath and suffocated because of the strong cleaning stuff like detergent.

Too noisy, our room is right next to the bar, and we can hear people working and walking

Stayed one night for vacation. Very convenient location - next to the maiin train station. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a bit old carpet on public places could be renewed.

Vi oppgraderte til større rom med badekar. Kjempefint rom! Personale er hyggelige og service-minded. Frokostbuffeten er langt over gjennomsnittet for et hotell i Italia. Baren er ok. Det fine med dette hotellet er beliggenheten. Man kan ta trikk tur/retur flyplassen. Santa Maria Novella ligger rett over gaten, og der kan man hoppe på tog til for eksempel Pisa eller andre byer. Det er kort gangavstand til turistattraksjoner i Firenze. Vi har bodde her mange ganger de siste 4 årene og kommer til å booke dette hotellet igjen.

This location is across from the train station, it is a budget hotel with an expensive price. The room smelt disgusting with a strong strange odor and large stains on the flooring with mold at the base of the tub and layers of dust on the ac vents. Management acknowledged the smell and offered to spray a perfume for the room but never did, we left the hotel within hours after check in because it would have been impossible to breathe comfortably with that strong smell. The hotel refused to refund. The hotel was very busy, should have done the right thing and provide a refund as they easily and likely did resale the room due to the busy tourist season in June. They “said” it was important to have a good experience but actions did not equal what they said. We stayed at a different hotel. For awareness this hotel is across from the train station. The front of the hotel has a lot of transients. The rooms have lights provided by dim lamps. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this hotel. In my opinion, this is a one or two star type hotel - at best, even without our disgusting experience and not a place safe for children too. There are plenty of other options in Florence.

Café da manhã muito bom, próximo a estação central e ao centro da cidade.

객실은 나무바닥으로 깨끗하였으나 아침 부패 식사는 종류가 많지 않았고 별로였음. 특히 복도는 매우 좁았고 미로 같이 되어 있어서 답답함을 느꼈음. 아침 부패 식사도 종류가 많지 않고 공간도 좁았음. 하지만 피렌체 역사 지구 내에서 관광을 위해 숙박하기에는 그런 대로 그 기능을 하고 있다고 평가됨.

The staff was great. We arrived very late and they were so understanding.

Gran hotel con excelente ubicación justo frente a la estación de tren. Tip para viajar a Italia si quieren conocer varias ciudades: siempre escojan hoteles muy cerca de las estaciones de trenes, así se ahorran en taxis y siempre tienen la estación metro ahí mismo para desplazarse por la ciudad.

It located in a very good location. The breakfasts were a bit chaotic given the number of guests. But the biggest issue is the shower. It’s a shower in a both and the bath is like an ice rink with no hand rail. For someone over 60 it’s a huge risk to take a shower. Other than that great.
