This hotel is only 5 minutes away from St. Marco square, and all staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a great hotel. Ps. The fastest way Google map shown might lead you to a bus station that need to walk through bridges ( which is terrible when you carry a luggage!). Take bus 5.2 or 4.2 instead.

It is a great Hotel, location, quality, convenience, service, etc. Considering we were arranged to the rooms in advertising, the stay became more amazing than expected.

It is good and comfortable hotel and location is conveient. Hotel has very clear direction. However, it is 4 star hotel and i would expect better service from the hotel staff. When we go to breakfast every morning, the staff doesn't greeeting and smile at all. they just stand in the small kitchen and dont come out to check if customers need helps.

The breakfast place is too small and usually you have to wait until other pepple have finished. There is an extra charge for bacon and egg which made me very unconfortable.

Was great stay for a few days and close to many restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to from the water taxi

The hotel is a beautiful old hotel located minutes away from Piazza San Marco. In addition, there are a number of cafes a short distance from the hotel. We found the staff to be very accommodating as well. There is an outdoor patio on the 3rd floor where we brought a bottle of wine and met other couples from various countries. Upon request, the hotel will also serve drinks as well. The breakfast was ok but I'm not evaluating the hotel on a free breakfast.

AC stopped working multiple times. Room was outside the facility. You can hear public talking at night out side while sleeping.

The hotel is quaintly positioned on a canal and has beautiful elegant rooms. Unfortunately the room was humid and warm- the air conditioning was set to 20’C but did not go below 25’C and with the humidity, it made for a less than comfortable stay/sleep. In fact everything felt damp and the room was musty. The breakfast had some options but after a few days, it was not that appealing and was a disappointment considering the food in Italy is usually delicious. Overall, a great location, a pretty hotel but underwhelming on the basics, especially for the price.

Amazing experience

Unfortunately, my recent stay at Hotel Ca’ dei Conti was disappointing. My two friends and I were placed in a room with no functioning air conditioning during the peak of summer. Despite being polite and respectful in asking for help, we were met with rude, dismissive staff who showed no willingness to offer a solution or even acknowledge the discomfort we expressed. The room was extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable to sleep in, with no airflow whatsoever. For the price point and the hotel’s advertised standards, this was not what we expected. The lack of basic hospitality and care from the staff made the experience even worse. Venice in July is hard enough without air conditioning, but what made this truly disappointing was how poorly the situation was handled. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re guaranteed a properly functioning room and better treatment.

The property wasn’t horrible it was just really ran down. Doesn’t look like the photos at all. The staff was nice and the location was good but i definitely would not ever stay here again.

Excelente hotel para los estandares de Europa, super bien ubicado, la plaza de San Marco queda a 5 minutos a pie, todos los tours son cerca del hotel, el personal super amable, tanto los chicos de la recepcion que todos hablan español, como las chicas del restaurante, la verdad nos sentimos tan agusto que la verdad no nos queriamos ir... la mejor experiencia de lo que llevamos de nuestro tour por Europa.... volveriamos sin dudarlo...
