Everything was terrible.

saletés,humidité , climatisation ( un hélicoptère) un hôtel à fuir absolument. Pas de fenêtre ni d'aération, moisissure sur les murs,nous n'avons pas réussi à rester dormir avec l'odeur d'humidité et le bruit des toilettes de la chambre d.a côté. Nous sommes partis pour un autre hôtel.

Enjoyable stay in a lovely hotel, located on a piazza, near restaurants, shopping and museums, and the train. Very easy to get a taxi ordered for the airport, only about 15 minutes away.

Very modest hotel, friendly, welcoming staff. Bring your own bathroom supplies, great location, great price. Thank you!

Personale accogliente e posizione fantastica

Great to go back to the Caravaggio which has been remodelled but still with charming helpful staff Great breakfast options and in the Piazza outside a lovely cafe restaurant Hope to be back some day

Het hotel ligt in het hart van het historisch centrum aan een rustig hofje waar ook een beroemde kathedraal gelegen is. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn erg ruim en niet gehorig wat fijn is in een drukke luide stad als Napels.

The location was great, breakfast good and staff kind

Not even close to a 4 star. 2 at best. When they have to keep the lobby door locked at 3:30 in the afternoon it’s not a place to stay with family. Upon speaking with the hotel staff no refund was issued. Not even a partial. Never ever STAY here!

Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel needs some renovation and attention to detail

Reservation was for one person. Charged us 115% for the second person after we were told it would be much less. Horrible part of town.

l’hotel è comodissimo per andare alla scoperta del cuore storico di Napoli, tuttavia ci sono alcuni dettagli forse rivedibili - premessa la gentilezza del personale, la colazione è forse un po’ ridotta per essere un 4 stelle: non vi erano uova, la frutta una mattina era solo di due tipi ed il buffet era in generale abbastanza povero - la camera era essenziale (in economia): i letti erano delle semplici reti a doghe con materasso - il bagno non era molto pulito (nella zona doccia) - la prima notte il condizionatore ha funzionato con una portata eccessiva (nonostante la regolazione al minimo) e la mattina dopo mi sono svegliato con una bronchite - sarebbe opportuno o migliorare la qualità o ridurre il prezzo

Hotel appear to be pretty run down. Room is basic.The window in my room just opened towards the yard. Couldn't sleep well due to noisy aircondition. Breakfeast is extremely basic (you might as well go to the streets and buy a criosant). Unfortunately, I got a lot of bed bug bites with me home after the stay. Giving 2 stars due to the price and friendly staff.

Petit Hotel idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Naples. Tout est accessible à pieds! Quartier très très animé! Personnel de la réception adorable. Les chambres sont simples mais spacieuses. Je recommande !

Hotel con una posizione ottima . Centrale. E comoda a tutto . Camere da migliorare nettamente e colazione scarsa . Personale disponibile .

Shabby and not great

Hotellet ligger godt ift. centrum, det er dog et mindre charmerende område ift. slidte bygninger og affald. Hoteller kunne godt bruge renovering og værelset er mørkt og der er meget larm, ligesom at det bliver utrolig varmt og aircondition larmer. Den parkering de henviser til, er forskellige garager som tager 40-45 euro pr dag for at holde din bil. Vi tog den som hoteller skrev lå tættest på (100 meter væk), den lå så 350 meter væk.

Waseem made the stay so enjoyable. He was helpful, engaging and always tried to make our stay more comfortable

Very good hotel. Despite being in the heart of the busy historic district it was very quiet. Friendly reception staff. Filling breakfast buffet. Lovely room. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely hotel in old town, close to Caravaggio museum. Perfect for both walking in Naples and to walk to the boat (for Procida/Ischias) or railwaystatiom to Pomeji/Vesuvio.
