Nice place. Receptionist is kind. 5 euros shuttle bus pickup from the airport. Very convenient to the airport.

The hotel is quiet and clean, reasonable for price and close to airport, while shower is sucked and to be improved

New furniture, clean room, free shuttle bus to airport. Shower room is small but hot water is so good for refreshing. However, hair dryer is poor. Besides there is no hot water kettle!! A four stars hotel! We need hot water for baby milk at late night and need to go first floor in freezing night😩😩 The hotel is good for business trip , but not that suitable for family with baby , or someone who cares about hair.

You need a taxi if you arrive late. It's €30. Anyway, if you arrive or leave earlier, you can enjoy the shuttle bus service. People are nice and helpful here.

very small bathroom

We only stayed 2 nights to be close to the airport whilst we visited Menaggio. The hotel shuttle bus was reliable. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and lovely clean rooms. Overall pleasant experience.

They have a restaurant in the hotel and there are several walkable places to eat as well. It was on a quiet street very close to the airport. Nice, clean and comfortable.

don't take the breakfast, it s awful. Even the coffee was not good and the eggs were green and no real choice. What a disappointment. Parking, yes there is one in border of the street and only about 6, if full you need to pay. The room was cold and they couldn't do anything, neither they tried. The room are small and the bathroom very basic. When they say relaxing bathtub, it s just a normal bathtub. So dont get me wrong, it s ok hotel to stay one night at a value of 70-80 dollars ( without discount) and dont take breakfast..it will be kind of ibis red and with no car..but if you expect an hotel at a value of 130 euros ( as hotels sell it) you will not get it.

Localização próximo ao aeroporto, mas é necessário pedir o transfer ao hotel ou se deslocar de carro. Hotel bom, local tranquilo, quarto e dependências limpas, café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento bom. Elogio especial ao Frederico que nos atendeu com muita simpatia e sempre foi muito prestativo e gentil conosco. No hotel, há uma balança para pesar as bagagens por 1 euro. Nos atendeu muito bem e recomendo.

Perfect place next to airport.

We checked in this hotel after a long flight , arriving past midnight , asked for late check out the following day , willing to pay for it , and were declined the option to do so . Also , the top bed sheet was completely ripped and destroyed which was just horrible !

I asked to get picked up at the airport which was what was on Orbitz. It was about 11:30PM and they said the shuttle did not run that late. I took a taxi to hotel. When I checked in I said I need a shuttle in the morning - he said it would be $5 Euros. It's not the $5 euros - its that I have never paid a fee for hotel transportation to airport. I got the fealing that the employees were trying to squeeze some money out of tourist. In the morning he encouraged me to get the breakfast they had at the property for $10 euros. I declined. The property was very old. I would have gladly paid $50 Euros more for a nice place.
