Great hotel

This hotel has it all it was excellent, location to the airport and to all the attractions and activities that Rome has to offer. This was in the heart of it. All the hotel was very clean very modern. I would say the only downside was the light switches can be a bit tricky, but hey, it can be figured out.

The property was nice however, they did have a lot of unbidden fees my husband and I were not aware of. When I booked this room, he said the only thing we had to pay at the hotel was $121. The receptionist then told us we had to pay an additional €700 at check-in as the alleged security deposit. We also got charged for room service every single day (service fee). There should be more food options both on room service and at the pool. Other than that everything was cool.

Pool was nice and restaurant has a good menu

Everyone was so nice and helpful in the lobby. The cleaning staff was also polite. It's a little far away from all the sites but affordable and clean.

Beautiful

They have a shuttle to downtown Rome which was great. The pool is great but closes early. The staff was very helpful and great.

It was roomy. Nicely decorated. The morning buffet was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. It was worth every penny.

El personal del hotel me ROBO mis pertenecias q habia comprado dentro del vaticano fui a q me las devolvieran y no me regresaron nada exigo me regresen lo q me robaron compre varios rosarios abanicos imanes y 1 figura del vaticano Dejo evidencia de lo q me robaron hasta la fecha no me dan respuesta de lo q me robaron dentro de mi habitación el personal q labora ahi exigo mis pertenencias me fui x mas de 24 dias a Francai a Italia y en ninguno hotel me paso nada igual como en este hotel q me ROBARON MIS PERTENENCIAS

Excellent

We enjoyed our one night stay at Carco Romo. We were heading out on a cruise the next morning. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to our Colosseum tour into the city. The next morning breakfast was available and with great variety at the restaurant downstairs. We would recommend this hotel while visiting Rome.

long ways from anything. its a nice hotel but had yard maintenance guys trimming trees early in the morning all day long. caught one of the tree guys in the air on a lift looking in our room window at my wife while she was dressing! we were on the 3rd floor and he was on a boom. the staff was not concerned when I informed them until I pushed the issue the next day when they woke us up again. They finally gave us a different room. Was days after our stay after I filled out their review that a manager called and apologized and showed some type of concern.

Nous étions déçu en arrivant à cette établissement car la piscine était fermée et vide hors l’hôtel avant réservation dans les détail de l’hébergement celle ci et indiquer quel est ouverte en période de mai à septembre et cela n’était pas le cas à notre arrivée de plus on nous a informer que pour profité de la piscine intérieur il fallait payer 25 € en plus par jours au lieu de 50€ vue que nous avons réservé une chambre d’hôtel nous somme arrivé le 5 mai ce jours était l’anniversaire de ma femme et du coup elle était déçu aussi nous avons ensuite demander à parler avec un manager de l’hôtel pour en découdre et demander un dédommagement car cela était mentionné nul par ni pour le spa ni pour la piscine et que avant notre réservation nous avions bien vue tout les détail de l’hôtel il a était très compréhensible et très diplomate ainsi que le personnel a l’accueil il nous on offert 2 allez retour en shuttle et ainsi que 2 entre chacun offert dans la piscine intérieur et en nous présentant leur excuses donc tout était parfais au finale et je recommande c’est un très belle établissement loin du centre ville mais l’infrastructure et fantastique !!

Prima di tutto voglio ringraziare il personale sempre attento e gentile per rendere il soggiorno con mia madre disabile il più comodo possibile. L‘hotel è molto comodo e moderno con un ottimo ristorante. Grazie!
