Everything was great. Only improvement would be for the tvs to allow Netflix streaming

Great staff

Very clean and comfortable. It is a little bit of a walk to the main area.

The staff was fantastic in the hotel seems great and I would have given it a perfect score except there were mosquitoes in our room both nights. It was frustrating having to kill Ken and still trying to sleep with buzzing in your ears as they try to bite you.

This is the best hotel with modern amenities. I would strongly recommend this hotel for others

Flott hotel i utkanten av Venezia. Det var kort vei til stopp for båt fra flyplassen. Det var også kort vei til stopp for rutebåten som seiler på kanalen, slik at man kan komme seg frem uten å måtte gå. Dersom man ønsker å bruke beina, så er det kun 35 min til Markusplassen. Hotellet var rent, gode sender, grei frokost. De ansatte var velig hjelpsomme og i godt humør under hele vårt opphold. Man kunne nye stillheten i hotellet hage på baksiden av hotellet eller sitte ved kaikanten og se på båtene på kanalen. Kort vei til restauranter og handlegater. Vi kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet.

Great location a bit off the beaten path in Venice but nice price and still great area.

Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings.

We like the newness and cleanliness of rooms. Front desk were confused with reservation since we came with tour group but extended 2 more days in our own. We got locked out of our room and confusion with waitress at breakfast and said we had only 1 person. Manager straightened it out but very rude

Excellent stay at Carnival Palace Hotel. The service was outstanding — the team is very attentive, professional, and genuinely flexible in accommodating requests, which made a real difference. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location in Cannaregio is perfect: quiet, yet very convenient to reach the main areas. Overall, a smooth and high-quality experience. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location. It is situated on side of the canal in Cannaregio, close to three stops (Tre Archi, Crea, Guglie) that give access to the wonderful vaporetto boats and the Alilaguna to and from the airport. We actually chose to arrive by shared water taxi which delivered us to the Tre Archi stop right outside the hotel. Cannaregio is a great area to stay as it is much quieter than most of the city which remains within easy reach on foot or by boat. The quiet canals to the north of the hotel and the Jewish Ghetto area are a great place for a stroll. If we come back to Venice we almost certainly stay here again.

Best hotel .

Mixed review on this occasion (this was a return visit). We did have issues with rooms offered, the first was absolutely boiling due to bathroom radiator being on at full blast, so we spent some hours on room changes, first offered was supposedly unoccupied but in fact we disturbed a couple 'relaxing', the second was freezing and with a continuous ventilator noise. This small suite had an outside terrace with Jacuzzi and table, the Jacuzzi tap fell off in my hand. Finally we were offered a suite (after the stuck on air conditioning was fixed) which was very nice and comfortable. Other American guests also seemed to be having room temperature issues. We would like to thank reception staff, in particular Tony, who went out of his way to help with the room change, and also the friendly bar man while we were having a complementary drink during room changes.
