Hotel is nice. Staff is very friendly. Location is a little complicated. Be prepared to pay the water taxi ;-)

I have stayed at different hotels before and this was one of the best ones that I have been at that. It’s pretty convenient. Easy to walk from the boat, we didn’t have to walk by any bridge to get to it. Stop close to old shopping areas, very clean and organized. Pretty good building excellent staff and good breakfast. Will stay at this hotel again if I go back to Venice.

Nice quiet location yet within walking distance of major Venice venues. Modern clean rooms and a great breakfast outside in the garden.

We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They provided grest directions related to water taxis access. The ro was very nice and clean. We slso received an upgrade when we arrived.

Great hotel to stay for a visit to Venice!

We loved this hotel! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The family room we stayed in was very spacious for our family of 4, and modern. The area was our favourite in Venice, with great restaurants nearby, and easily walkable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Quieter part of Venice but great location if you are happy to walk or use the water taxis. Friendly/helpful staff.

Rooms are big and clean and front desk amazing

I stayed at the Carnival Palace Hotel in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the hotel itself felt both stylish and comfortable. My room was spacious, very clean, and well furnished. The window overlooked a courtyard, which didn’t provide a view of the canals, but it did make the room quiet and private, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location worked out really well. It’s slightly away from the busiest tourist areas, which made it peaceful, yet the water bus stop is just steps away and offers a direct connection to the train station and the rest of Venice. That convenience made getting around the city stress-free and straightforward. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

This Hotel was perfect for our two night stay! It was a little bit of a walk back to the central part of town but for the hotel it was worth it! So clean, concierge helped coordinate pick up from the airport straight to hotel, they were very helpful. Room was clean, well air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to relax in venice

This hotel is in a quiet location, although nothing is far away. There is a water bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel, convenient for travelling. However, also only 20 min walk to the bus station. Lots of restaurants nearby only a few mins walks. Would highly recommend "very good" for delicious pizza! Staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice selection of fresh food for a continental breakfast. The only downsides, the air con in the room wasn't very efficient and there was a little drain smell in the bathroom. The bathroom could have done with a shelf or drawer for some storage. Mini bar was not complimentary, be careful with this!

We loved our stay here, it was not in the heart of Venice but still on the water. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. They arranged transportation for us as well. Highly recommend.
