这个酒店对于自驾游来说就是一个噩梦，在老城区的山坡上，所有道路十分狭小，各种单行线，高昂的停车费，而且十分难找。老板不能说英文，提供了WIFI密码但却搜不到信号，没有提供早餐，有厨房却没有任何调味料，有点在于公寓很宽敞，完全可以住四个人，但是却不是十分干净的感觉。

L hotel est idéalement placé dans un qiartier typique napoli, toute l équipe de réception est efficace, gentille et hyper serviable. Vous avez de très bon restaurants juste à côté. Pour nous le seul dommage est que la rue est bruyante...

First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Top Lage und eine sichere Unterkunft. Badezimmer etwas alt aber sauber. Für Gäste mit keinen luxuriösen Ansprüchen eine super Unterkunft.

Buon soggiorno. C'è da migilorare l'isolamento acustico.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura alcuni giorni e ne siamo rimaste più che soddisfatte. Ad iniziare dalla gentilezza del personale che ci ha agevolato in tutto con molta disponibilità e cortesia. La struttura pur essendo nel centro storico è ben tenuta e l’appartamento, nel suo piccolo, molto ben arredato e funzionale! Aggiungo pulito e con tutto ciò che può servire. La posizione è strategica per visitare Napoli e respirarne la sua aria, vicino al mare e a tutti i monumenti. Consigliato vivamente.

Tutto corrisponde come da descrizione. Comodo, centrale e con tutto ciò ke serve. Esperienza positiva.

Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night.

Lejlighederne ligger MEGET centralt for selve byen - Napoli Bugten - og havnen med forbindelse til øerne Kvarteret er ÆGTE Italien - smal gade med vasketøj og små forretninger - beliggenheden er et fund - der kan være lidt trafikstøj Der er trappe til soveområdet som måske kan give gangbesværede vanskeligheder IT meget ustabilt !- men virker nogenlunde ved kontoret Men for de der vil have det uspolerede Napoli er det stedet !!!

je ne suis pas ravi d'avoir a payer 15euros de plus parce que je suis arrivee a 19:30 plutot que 19:00 personne m'a dit qu il y aurait un supplement ou une heure precise d'arrivee

Place is very noisy, you can easily hear neghbors talking and cars and bikes down the street. There was no hot water for two days and there was nobody in the office to complain. Also it made a puddle in the corridor after using a shower. Owners don't offer any soap and dishwashing sponge. Pics on the walls are scary.

El hotel muy bien situado, facil acceso. No existe ningun servicio, pues viene a ser como aparto hotel, con un senor, Silvio, encargado que hace muy buena labor de ayuda. La habitacion espaciosa con su cocina, frigo, utensilios... Cama comoda Una lastima es la ducha, que es la minima expresion, cuando el espacio del servicio hubiese dado para un plato de ducha mas decente. Igualmente el ascensor, lo mas pequeno que nunca he visto. Los ruidos y hablar se comunican muy bien de cuarto a cuarto, una lastima. En la descripcion del cuarto se habla de "canales por satelite", pero la TV no existe.

Require better coordination for check-in. Material states to email/call the proprietors with your check-in time, however this is difficult for a last minute booking and when traveling without an international cell phone plan. Waited about 15 minutes in the rain before able to find someone to check in.

Appartement sympatique, équipement minimum, pas assez de matériel de cuisine, pas de téléviseur. Internet très lent, réseau très faible... Parfois pas de réseau téléphonique ! ... Changement d'opérateur fréquent.. Très bruyant le soir, mais double vitrage et climatisation pour l'été ! Quartier chaud ! Uniquement pour ceux qui veulent de l'authentique ! Globalement positif, en connaissance de cause...

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento, situato all'inizio dei quartieri spagnoli. Molto tranquillo e a 1 minuto a piedi da piazza del Plebiscito, comodissimo con i mezzi. E' un appartamento, quindi le pulizie vengono fatte prima dell'ingresso e sui lunghi soggiorni bisogna provvedere da sè. Caratteristico, nel cuore di Napoli. Ottimo, siamo molto soddisfatti!

pas d'internet!

J'y suis resté une semaine, en octobre. Il faut savoir que ce quartier est un peu bruyant. Donc, en été, si on veut dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, ce sera un peu pénible. Avec la fenêtre fermée, ça va. Mais le studio était grand, propre et Mirco à la réception est très efficace et agréable. Le rapport prix /qualité est satisfaisant. Dans le studio il y a aussi un cuisine équipée. Donc, hôtel à conseiller.
