Good, clean room for an early morning Palermo flight. Check-in was smooth and they booked me a 4 a.m. taxi. 2 blocks off the main avenue where you can find everything you need. I recommend!

No staff, no breakfast, difficult to enter.
We were the only people in the hotel. We had to call a number to get let in the door. The hallway was full of bags of dirty laundry. Our room could not be locked safely. In the shower there was no place to put your soap…
This is definitely not what we expected after reading good reviews on Expedia.

Must call a phone number posted at the door, talk to host to get a code for the door and room number. Keys at the door of the room. Outside looks lame. Inside is fine. No lift. We left luggages in the trunk for lot of steps to climb. Ok parking overnight in a small street in front of hotel. Breakfast is ok. Host is nice.

The host was very kind and helpful, giving us accessories for the baby and everything we needed. Room service every 2 days - we had a spotless room, all the employees were kind and breakfast was great. Definitely worth it and if we will travel again to Palermo, we would like to stay here again.
