10/10 stay! Amazing location near everything. More importantly the staff were absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much for making my stay an unforgettable one. I can’t wait to stay again when I come back!

Need more area to hang clothing

Excellent hotel and in a great location to see all the sights.

This is a do it yourself hotel, you check yourself in, you check yourself out. There is no place in the room to sit besides the bed. Probably good for a business person who needs a consistent place to stay. If you are going for a fun vacation experience, can find a beautiful hotel with Roman architecture and decor for the same price.

Location location location

Room was perfect in size, very modern and comfortable. Roof top deck was a great touch and common areas were nicely decorated, clean and staff were very helpful.

Very good hotel to visit all of the sights

I could control everything in the room from the temp. Lights, blinds, tv... you name it all from an Ipad. Deal! Definitely one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in and I have traveled to 8 different countries. I know it sounds simple but super clean, friendly, and cool tech made my visit amazing. Dont spoil this Gem. Please. That is all.

Perfect location

Great location in the city! The roof top patio was excellent.

Perfect Roman home base. Walking distance to so many things but peaceful and calm. All the bars and restaurants of Trastevere just across the river and great pastrami sandwiches around the corner. Tiny rooms but comfortable beds and the showers are as lovely as advertised. I find the whole ipad thing a pain but it isn't intrusive. The roof deck is really pleasant but beware, the self serve machines can add up fast!

The property is efficient with location, eco conscious, and modern. They only offer breakfast dining in person and it's ok. Only negative nah e is for that the shower had lukewarm water. Mostly everything is self serving - even the rooftop bar. I really liked my stay.

The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!

Felt more like a hostel. Ok for younger travelers but not for the regular business traveler.

My wife and I spend some time at citizen my across the world! We spend most than 80 night per year in hotel and citizen my are now our go too for business or vacation. We sleep well ... So we'll ! Soundproof room. And every thing you need to make a comfy stay I just wish their breakfast were more affordable but it's the best hotel chain !
