市政厅酒店

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä. Hotelli itsessään oli kovin pieni ja kaipaisi hieman remonttia, mutta henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ja palvelualttius paikkasi pienet puutteet. Aamupala tuntui pieneltä, mutta loppujen lopuksi oli täysin riittävä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

The rooms are very old, shabby and neglected. It is a big pity. All carpets are absolutely horrible, dirty, smelly and not cleaned for a long time. You find hair, food pieces and some plastic on them. It was once a nice hotel but now even the smell is challenging. I bought a room fragrance, a perfumed candle and wardrobe sticks to handle this situation. It was in room 5B. Other rooms have a bit better smell. You will have to ventilate a lot. Last but not least the biggest bed alis a queen size and not a king size bed as promised on the hotels.com website. And this all was extremely disappointing.

Room very nice and tidy, receptionist very friendly and accomodating. Lovely hotel, point off for the lift which wasnt working during our stay.

Stanza confortevole isolata benissimo, personale gentilissimo il resto tutto bene

stanza e struttura pressochè pulita, ma stanza pessime. Tende messe li da non so quanti anni, rubinetti doccia non funzionanti, soffione doccia rotto ( acqua esce dappertutto tranne che dai fori), perdite acqua che disturbano il silenzio noturno....Lenzuola pulite, letto comodo.

The staff were nice. The room was clean but could replace the carpet, no TV. The breakfast was basic, the cornos tasted great. They have a taxi deal $25 euro flat rate to the airport, which was better than Uber. Located across from a large park which i found interesting. About a 10 minute walk down hill brings you to a major shopping/walking area.

L'ambiente è trascurato in generale, in particolare la pulizia della camera e del bagno è inesistente. Il personale disponibile non può compensare il disagio che ho provato trovando un ambiente così sporco. Tale standard mi ha dissuaso anche dalla consumazione della colazione, mi sono limitata ad una tazza di latte. Vado frequentemente a Catania, la posizione di questa struttura sarebbe stata molto comoda per me ma MAI PIU' .

We liked the central location, we could get to iconic places on foot and that was great. B&B itself unfortunately disappointing. Breakfast was lacking any variety, practically only sweet options. No veggies and only apples and bananas available. Cleanliness of the room seemed questionable . I’m sure we had ants in our room as my daughter left covered in bites and I killed few myself at night. Staff quite friendly and helpful although impossible to get in touch with the place prior to arrival.

Hôtel très bien situé pour faire la ville à pied. Rues perpendiculaires faciles pour se garer. Petit déjeuner à améliorer , avec plus de choix. Un peu cher mais l’emplacement à un prix.

Chambre impeccable, environnement agréable et restaurants à proximité. Proche de l'arrêt de la navette aéroport. Super !

breakfast was good, generally very clean except the carpet around the bed needed steam cleaning. The mattress was terrible and very firm, mattress only, no box spring, parking was terrible and parked 2w locks from hotel entrance.

Room was excellent with plenty of space. It was comfortable and overlooked Giardini Bellini. There was a Lidl supermarket on the corner. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh filled cornetti, yhoghurts, ham and cheese and your coffee and juices. Damien the front desk host was very informative and helpful. We would recommend this location.

Struttura in posizione strategica e centrale. B&b di 12 camere. Pulito. Colazione povera ed essenziale - no prodotti caldi, no uova, no prodotti freschi. Merendine e yogurt con 1 tipo di marmellata. Quando i prodotti finiscono non vengono rimpiazzati tipo Nutella e/o cornetti e frutta. Peccato xchè basterebbe poco x dare un miglior servizio al cliente

Hôtel moyen bien situé très bien isolé par contre le petit déjeuner est à revoir si vous êtes pas dans les premiers vous aurez les restes petites pensées à la personne qui se plaignait du tapis sales effectivement il est très sale dommage .Pour vous garer il faut impérativement payé 50 euros pour deux jours dans un parking public
