A perfectly acceptable budget hotel.

Hotel simples, mas super limpo, bem localizado, com café da manhã. Atendimento bom, equipe atenciosa!

Service impeccable localisation ok chambre propre place de parking un peu petite petit déjeuner sommaire gros problème : l’insonorisation des chambres.

Excellent breakfast, owner on site. Excellent service

The owner was present and actively involved in managing the hotel. Desk personnel were multi-lingual and very helpful. The buffet breakfast included eggs, bacon, assorted breads, rolls, and cereals. Great location, easy walk into historical town, easy commute into Venice or Milan. Room was clean and comfortable with good shower all at very reasonable price.

Vicenza is now one of my favorite towns in Italy! Hotel is just outside of the Old Town area and they were very helpful. There's even a pastry shop across the street where I had wonderful coffee and a fabulous croissant.... both mornings!

Friendly and helpful staff allowed us to check in early. Excellent location, very quiet and close to all amenities. The breakfast was ok and a bit lacking. The bread was not fresh and reheated from the day before, otherwise options were reasonable. There wasn't a kettle in the room but the staff were accommodating and loaned us one for our two night stay which was appreciated. Emails were replied replied, which sometimes doesnt happen in European hotels.We would stay here again.

Close to the station, very good value, i was dissapointed it was sold out when i passed through Vicenza again

Great location and walking distance to train station. Clean, convenience and great price for the location. I would totally recommend staying here.

The bed was extremely hard

Bathroom was dirty

We stayed there to attend a concert at Piazza di Signoria, which is within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was good, and the car park was very convenient for us. I would stay there again.

Great value & location!

Flickering lights & mouldy shower room. I woke up on the first morning to the sound of someone trying to get into my room possibly for room service but I didn’t give permission for or expect anyone to enter. Other than this, decent service and fairly priced

The location! Vicinity to all the’ must see’ spots.

The hotel neglected to tell us until the day before our stay that the town would be blocked off for the annual Alpini gathering. We could not park our car near the hotel. We had to walk about a third of a mile to park our car and haul our luggage to the room. Due to the gathering almost all of the restaurants were closed since the group brought along their own food vendors which were not to our liking.

Solides Hotel, grundsätzlich gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es empfiehlt sich aber auf das Frühstück zu verzichten und nahegelegene Cafes aufzusuchen.
