Facilities provided are basic. First feeling when we stepped inside the hotel is it is very old. With the price we paid, we deserve to have a better one .

Wonderful historic property (built in 1641 as a private home). As typical, it did not have an elevator for customers so we had to walk up 2 floors to our room. Otherwise it was wonderful and the staff very helpful. St. Mark's Square is close by, and gondola access is adjacent. Loved our 2 night stay. We were pleased they were able to provide 3 rooms for our family group of 9 persons (my wife & I, our 2 grown daughters and their famlies). I would certainly recommend this property!

Atendente fedendo cigarro, sujo, quarto muito diferente da foto, ar velho barulhento, comida do café da manhã normal. Unica coisa que alta e localidade.

Muy viejo, nos han puesto camas supletorias. Muy incomodas las camas.

Personale molto cortese e accogliente, camera pulita e temperatura giusta per un periodo invernale (non sempre scontato!). Colazione completa e signora gentilissima e disponibile.

Hotel ampliamente recomendado, ubicado en el corazón de Venecia, muy cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Sus instalaciones están en buen estado, la habitación cómoda, el desayuno completo y el servicio de todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. Gracias por todo! Excelente estancia.

Room was small but not uncomfortable. The people at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location.

I accidentally booked 2 nights instead of 3, so when we checked in I immediately booked an additional night. It was more than double, but I figured that was my fault since I booked late. They had us move to another room for the last night because we “booked a better room.” It was not better. It was much smaller, very loud due to being right in the street (very late into the night, noise in the middle of the night and very early). It was hot and we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitos and we still had many bites. The hair dryer didn’t work, so they had another hair dryer, but nowhere to plug it in in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom is so far and a light out, so I had to do my makeup on a compact mirror in the main room. Also, the first room had small pillows doused in some kind of perfume and it was very bothersome. Will not stay again.

Great location,very clean and staff was very helpful and attentative.

We were in a room at the top of the property which was considerably colder than the lower levels. Breakfast was poor. Convenient for St Marks.

Great central location to explore Venice. Family room was good size for 2 adults/ 2 children. Hotel is a very old building (to be expected in Venice) so had some trouble with water leaking into our room due to heavy rainfall. Other than that we did enjot our short stay.
