호텔 숙박에 관해 전반적으로 만족합니다. 장점 1. 호텔 전망이 멋짐 2. 객실이 깔끔함 3. 직원들이 친절함. 4. 주차공간이 넉넉함 단점 1. 중앙에서 냉난방을 조절하는데 5월 말에 20도가 넘는 더위에도 에어컨디셔너를 작동시키지 않아 매우 더웠음 2. 드라이기가 벽에 붙어있는데 바람이 약해 머리 말리는시간이 오래 걸림

Hôtel moderne, propre, avec 2 grandes piscine (un peu froide car non chauffées, expérience en mai). La chambre que nous avions était vue sur mer, coucher de soleil magnifique...) L excellence a été dans les repas, très copieux, diversifiés tous les jours et surtout très bons....bravo au chef qui cuisine légumes, pâtes, viandes, poissons, minestrone, bruscetta...gâteaux maison, tiramisu aussi bien que dans un restaurant... Le seul défaut est l éloignement de la plage de l hôtel et de cefalu...utilisation des navettes obligatoire. Personnellement nous avions loué une voiture ce qui est le meilleur choix pour visiter les environs et garder une certaine indépendance.

Bad klein, Waschbecken war fast unter der Toilette und wir haben eine Ala Cefalú bekommen in der man 2 Aufzüge benutzen sollte und viel laufen musste. Ansonsten war die Ausstattung ,Animation,etc. alles super.

A fuir SVP ! Pas de serviette pour la piscine Pas de climatisation ou très peu ! Pas de télé en panne !

Dommage que le repas du soir ne soit pas dans une salle climatisée

Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning and no wifi in the room, front desk staff didn’t care about out comfort whatsoever. Absolutely worst experience we had in several years. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or using Hotels.com, their site is not accurate and they don’t seem to care either.

Struttura bellissima, pulizia ottima, personale disponibilissimo e cortese, animazione meravigliosa e trilingue

Die Mahlzeiten waren total ok. Animation war auch gut. Würde nochmal hin fahren. Es muß nur jedem klar sein das ohne Auto nicht viel geht, an sonsten ein super Hotel zum entspannen.

Ho preso la stanza con jacuzzi..partiamo dal fatto che ho trovato il comó con briciole di non so cosa appena arrivato in stanza..ma vabene ci può stare una svista, poi per il resto la stanza abbastanza bella apparte la doccia che usciva acqua con il box doccia chiuso. Ho fatto all inclusive per il mangiare, ma sinceramente ho fatto la scelta più sbagliata che potessi fare..mangiare qualità media scarsa, poca scelta..anche se in quantità industriali. Bevande solo acqua depurata o vino bianco e rosso messo al tavolo 2 ore prima infatti sempre caldo e con i camerieri a volte seccati al fatto di cambiarlo per averlo fresco dato che gia sono obbligato a bere solo queste due cose senza la possibilità di avere un altra bevanda al posto del vino. Posto al tavolo assegnato nonostante avessi preso una camera del genere da quasi 600 euro per due notti potevano almeno darmi un tavolo più a vista mare e in un posto piu tranquillo data la grande sala per mangiare e le bellissime verande. Info all reception poco chiare e soprattutto alla fine del soggiorno poco cordiali. Nell insieme se prendete la stanza con jacuzzi avrete una bella vista e per l ambiente che c è se siete una coppia non userete mai le piscine dell hotel. Mare stupendo organizzati bene con la navetta anche se a parer mio poco igienica. Da 1 a 5 do voto 3.

La struttura molto bella ...personale ed animazione gentili e competenti sempre disponibili ad aiutare in qualsiasi problema...la pulizia della camera quasi inesistente...la ristorazione così così...comunque a parte questi aspetti negativi ci tornerei volentieri...

I should start by saying that if you are at this resort you are in Sicily and will have great weather and views. Overall, this resort was not up to par with what I am used to. Pro’s -Enjoyable pool -Very reasonable drink, snack and coffee prices -Staff is helpful when approached -Staff has good English skills and are polite -Usually good dinners, great coffee and good drinks -Private beach is enjoyable and has frequent shuttles Con’s -WiFi and cell phone signal is almost non-existent -Bed is quite firm with tiny pillows. I did not mind it much but I think most people would -Private beach is nice but has tons of rocks until you get about chest deep into the water (great mountain views though) -A/C in the resort is very minimal. The room A/C is acceptable but just barely, I usually get hot pretty easy but the room was able to keep me comfortable but that’s about it -House Keeping is not very attentive and didn’t clean up plates or cups left in the room -If you don’t bring your own pool towels you need to rent them -Breakfast is very disappointing. It’s serviceable but fairly bizarre in what food is offered -Lunch was hit or miss but usually ok -The shuttle into town only ran a few times a day with a large gap from 12:30 to 3 or so (Sicilians take massive lunch breaks) -Not much night life activity for a younger crowd -Resort is about 20 min from Cefalu so it’s not as close as you would like

Bij onze aankomst verliep de check in vlot en onze kamer zag er netjes uit. Gratis flesjes water in de koelkast die verder leeg was zodat je er gerust eigen drank en voeding in kan opbergen. Op de kamer werd ook een droogrek aangeboden om je natte badkledij aan te laten drogen. De wifi op de kamer was af en toe van mindere kwaliteit maar in de lobby kon je ook rustig zitten surfen. Enig minpuntje aan de kamer zijn de wat dunnere muren waardoor je makkelijk lawaai hoort van andere gasten op de gang of de kamer ernaast. Het ontbijtbuffet was lekker en had een ruime keuze. Bij het diner werd elke avond een ander buffet gepresenteerd, voor elk wat wils dus. De obers leren snel de gewoontes van de gasten en spelen hierop in. Ook af en toe gezelschap gekregen van het personeel om een praatje mee te slaan tijdens het eten. Het personeel kon ook een aardig mondje frans praten. Ruime openingsuren van het zwembad en ook een gratis shuttledienst naar het strand! Daar is een bar ter plaatse voor een lichte lunch of snack (cash te betalen) en de mogelijkheid om te kayakken (gratis). Mits toeslag kon je ook met een bus van het hotel naar het centrum van Cefalu en terug. Het hotel beschikt ook over een ruime parking voor als je met de wagen komt. Op onze laatste avond vonden we een briefje bij het diner waarin het personeel ons bedankte om voor hun hotel te kiezen, daarnaast kwamen ze ons ook mondeling een goede reis wensen. Het uitchecken verliep aangenaam en zonder extra kosten.

L’albergo è molto bello... il fatto che è la cucina è molto squallida a partire dalla colazione a finire dalla cena.

C'est un peu l'usine...pour la plage, attendre le bus...la chambre sent la cigarette...

Una delle peggiori strutture dove mi sia mai capitato di soggiornare. Le quattro stelle le avranno viste in cielo probabilmente, non certamente in questo hotel. Personale scortese, qualsiasi cosa ti capiti di chiedere è un problema, dall'asciugamani (ben logorata dai molteplici usi e ben sdrucita!) per la quale devi pagare una cauzione di 20 euro!+ 2 per l'utilizzo al telecomando! (sempre su cauzione) per lo striminzito tv che sarà stato neanche un 22 pollici delle camere vetuste rimaste agli anni 80, alla scarsa pulizia delle stesse, al bagno veramente essenziale con set da 2 stelle, doccia calcarizzata con ruggine da usura e pulizia?! molto approssimativa, all'aria condizionata che non funziona all'interno della stanza, frigorifero vuoto e caldo, solo due bottiglie di acqua minerale (4 stelle!?), alla massa e tipologia di clientela. Meglio non parlare della (NON) qualità del cibo ai buffets con ammasso di 1.200 persone nella settimana in cui ho soggiornato. Arredamenti datati ed usurati dal tempo con scarsa manutenzione, corridoi di accesso alle camere che sembrano quelli dell'ingresso ad una casa degli orrori dal sapore vagamente tetro.
