Crowne Plaza MILAN - MALPENSA AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

The room door has problem to open and lock. The water for bath is not hot at night. The right lamp next to bed is broken.

網上並沒有看到接駁車訊息，詢問客服回復並無機場接駁車，頂著大太陽拖著超重行李從米蘭機場走路到飯店約30 mins才發現有接駁車...跟櫃台人員反映也只冷冷的回應，讓我們覺得不被尊重，下次不會再選擇此飯店...

I was kept eating 45 minutes to check in. Then I was told breakfast wasn’t included even though I chose the breakfast option. Then was told the local tax and breakfast would cost 78 dollars. I presented my Expedia paid receipt which showed I only had to pay 1.14 locally. Second hotel in Milan in 3 days that tried to charge way high local tax. Take pictures of your Expedia receipt and the price you paid with breakfast option because later receipt doesn’t distinguish if you paid for breakfast.

Although the hotel is quite nice and the staff are friendly, the menu in the restaurant is not authentic Italian.

Great hotel! We spent one night, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was a plus! Thank you!

The staff are very accommodating, the room is clean and the major factor is very convenient for us to go to the airport as there is a hotel shuttle bus who will take us there and will also pick us up.

U get what u pay for.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights in total. The first night was booked by a tour group, and the second night was booked by myself. I repeatedly communicated with the front desk, hoping not to change the room, because I had to go to the city at 5am the next day and could not come back until 3pm. If there was a price difference, I could make up for it. The front desk attendant FEDERICA firmly rejected my request, saying that the room was fully booked. So I had to get up at 4am, pack my luggage and move out of the room, and reapply for check-in after returning to the hotel in the afternoon. This behavior of not considering the needs of customers is really incredible! So I don't recommend this hotel

They have good shuttle service and excellent breakfast. The rooms are dated, beds are not that comfortable and trash from the previous guests in the bathroom.

The hotel and staff are nice but there is absolutely nothing of interest in the surrounding area. If you don’t need to be right next to the airport do not stay here. No amenities in room, one can of water. No vending machines or drinks available. No shops nearby. Staff and room are ok but not a place I would stay at again.

a cama é ruim, o colchao faz barulho, e o lençol é de péssima qualdiade, e tem bolinhas.quartos antigos, mas de bom tamanho. box minusculo. o café da manhã é bom.

Comida restaurante excelente

Fiquei 1 estadia apenas para ir para o aeroporto! O hotel oferece serviço de transporte ao aeroporto, o que é uma comodidade que é super diferenciada. Adoramos esse serviço! No hotel tem restaurante e a comida é excelente. Atendimento também no geral ótimo. As condições do quarto podem ser melhoradas , mas confortável para passar uma noite. Recomendo a estadia com essa proposta de 1 noite!

All was good at hotel. Clean. Check in was easy. Restaurant was nice. Bed was bad … hard and mattress needed to be replaced.

Near airport

Had a quick one-night stay here before we headed to lake como in the morning. There is a convenient shuttle service that runs from the airport to the hotel 24 hours, which was great as our flight arrived very late. We were also able to get this complimentary shuttle back to catch a train, making our travel plans go very smoothly. Clean room and hotel, would recommend!

Staff were excellent.

Easy check in. Lovely front of house staff. Room was a good size for what we needed. Bed was a bit hard and pillows too soft. There was noise during the night. Bathroom was ok. Jug was hard to work. Was great there was an iron and ironing board in the room. Dinner and the included breakfast was really lovely. The that served us at the bar was great! Easy checkout and shuttle to the airport was appreciated.
