Good checkin, service great, hotel clean, I didn't like the city

The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, also the bar staff. The location is right next to the metro which was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very well run hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The turn-down service of the room was excellent. I was impressed that the mini bar was not overpriced compared to other hotels. A short walk to Central station Milan and the area is very safe and quiet.

This was a fantastic stop for us.the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was fantastic and it's a great location to stay. Not far to walk to the central train station and the subway is right outside the hotel. Fantastic hotel and highly recommended.

Only one issue 3 person room and 2 cups asked 2times still only 2 cups

Great location - metro line direct to Duomo on doorstep. Pool and pool bar lovely, friendly bar staff who make great cocktails. Rooms clean and comfortable . Would stay here again if come back to Milan.

Staff very friendly and awesome food

Well maintained property with professional and courteous staff…a few blocks walk to Milano Centrale for transportation…pool and pool bar were great to unwind.

At the center of Milan top notch

It was in a good location as the subway line was right below the hotel. We can connect with the train station in simplicity as the subway elevator was just beside the hotel entrance and we had ne problem carting our suitcases up and down. Very quiet too at night.
