Crowne Plaza ROME - ST. PETER'S, an IHG Hotel

床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來.

The room is big and comfortable and I had very good sleep during my stay in the hotel. The staff were nice and the fitness room is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here. Although the location is a bit far away from the city, you can take the metro to the Cornelia station, then take the bus 889 and 892 to the Hotel. Or there are shuttle bus from the hotel to the Metro station.

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza, Rome. Though the hotel is a little older, our family was comfortable and we enjoyed the facilities, the hospitality of staff and the generous breakfast buffet. The outdoor pool is not heated but is large and the pool area is very nice. Would recommend this property!

Clean and modern. Nice amenities and walkable to food and shops

Our second time here. It was clean but room could use a refresh, we were in a room over one area of the roof so there were bars on the balcony - didn’t make for an aesthetic view but truthfully we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter. The shower head was grungy / that needed to be changed! Otherwise good hotel! Just far enough outside of the city center to be quiet but close enough for a cab ride in at around $30 euro - the hotel has shuttles but with travelling with 2 teenage girls on their own schedule the shuttle didn’t work for us. The pool area is great! But be aware if you want food by the pool bar - they are shut down for good service for a few hours in the afternoon. So don’t get caught hungry in the afternoon by the pool. Drinks are available though throughout the day. Breakfast is awesome! The best we had our entire trip.

The restaurant staff was rude the bed was hard it was like sleeping on concrete. The front desk told us our room should be ready in about an hour we waited 3 hours

The food was great The manager on duty afternoon of July 19, Roberto could not be worse than he was. Very rude, aggressive and dishonest. Poor representation for IGH brand. Looked like he was keen to discourage clients

Very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and efficient shuttle services to/from city centre or airport. The pool was a great feature too. Some of the facilities in the room could be updated (e.g. safe, hairdryer) and the shower in the bathroom could be improved. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nooo good too dar

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge. Pool is great when its sweltering! Location is peaceful but be prepared to use a lot of taxi's for going into Rome or the shuttle bus.

The pool was great

Our flight got in early and they said we could check in early, the room should be ready in an hour. Three hours later, AFTER official check-in time, our room was still being cleaned. Everyone else that was waiting for rooms were gone before our room was ready. By then, there was no space at the pool to lay out. We couldn’t order take out food at the restaurant and eat outside at the bar for some reason. When we finally went to bed after traveling all day, our air conditioning did not work in one of our rooms. By far, the worst hotel experience ever.

I found the room need restocking of supplies that didn’t happen often enough. I was missing soap and cream for my skin. I had to track down the staff to get it refilled.

The property was clean with mostly updated rooms, but it is not close to any of the main attractions.

Great place! Second time we stayed at this hotel!

Ok overall but shower immediately overflowed to entire bathroom and floor outside within 2-3 minutes of showering at moderate rate. Staff was very nice and helpful.
